One time, I had to go back to the store because the cashier charged me incorrectly for an item, I spent at least 20 minutes waiting to be helped. I thought ordering online for pick up would help me circumvent the bad experience, but nope. There's been many occasions when my online order was never fulfilled and I would need to cancel the order altogether because there was apparently no staff available to work on the order. When I do get my order fulfilled, the pick up experience is just awful. I would thank the staff member but 90% of the time I get a side eye and no response (there's only ONE lady that's actually nice and would acknowledge me). The list just goes on!
