From various e-liquids, pods, and devices to disposable vapes, they have everything you need for your vape. The best part is that they're very supportive of people who are trying to quit. I never feel forced to buy something that will make them more money, but rather what they think will work the best for me in my journey to quit vaping.

My partner and I visited your dispensary on what was already one of the worst days of our lives…read more His mother had passed away that morning. As we approached the building, I was smoking a cigarette. An employee came outside and informed me that smoking was not permitted near the building. I immediately apologized and told him I would move away. A few moments later, the same employee came back outside and aggressively told me not to put the cigarette out on the building. Again, I complied. When my partner went inside, he apologized for the misunderstanding and explained that I hadn't been there before and wasn't aware of the policy. Instead of de-escalating the situation, the employee continued to be confrontational and rude. By the time I entered, I could see the interaction had become unnecessarily hostile. I then apologized myself and explained that we had just received news that my partner's mother had passed away. The employee's response was, "I don't fucking care who the fuck he lost." I've worked in customer-facing environments and understand that employees have rules to enforce. What I do not understand is the complete lack of basic human decency and compassion. We were respectful, apologized multiple times, and complied with the request immediately. There was absolutely no reason for the hostility, and there is certainly no excuse for speaking to a grieving customer that way. I've never felt more unwelcome in a business. Management should know that this interaction reflected very poorly on the dispensary and turned what could have been a simple misunderstanding into an experience we won't forget.

So 2 days after purchase I called the store to check eligibility for return they told me to come in no problem. I came here earlier today in the afternoon, looking for a compatible tank that works with my eLeaf…read moremini 10w, which I got as a gift a while ago. These haven't been around much since 2-3 years ago, so it's not the most easiest to find a place that sells replaceable coil tanks that are compatible with it.... especially since it seems that tanks that work under 10w are supposedly in less demand. The woman in the shop (whom I've complimented wearing the Barbell Brigade hoodie! Very awesome) was extremely helpful and courteous. I mean she was very sweet and really made sure I got what I need and wanted. Made great suggestions on the e-juice I was shopping for. Out of the many already well-established vape shops in south street, she was one of the very few who was as polite and comforting during my visit. I hope people really recognize that this vape shop is great, has a wonderful selection of e-juice, and top-notch customer service! Hopefully more people notice this shop as well, because people can easily miss this place as it's right under Fat Tuesdays There are some gap shops with sales people who give off this vibe that makes you feel as though you don't know what you're talking about or something, and push for the expensive options... or sort of talk down on the vape box or mod you might have in order to encourage upgrades. I don't like that, even though I get that sales is $$$. An honest business with honest sales people gets my attention. Thanks again to the woman who helped me out.
