Of the three fence builders we called for vinyl Gentry Farmhouse was the most professional and knowledgeable Additionally, they use a technique no other company offered. The quote came in the middle of the other two quotes, but the deciding factor for us was the technique and materials they use. They drive 8 ft metal poles inside the posts to give the posts added strength. The poles are driven 4 ft directly into the ground, giving it stability. The gate latches and hinges they use are high quality and made to last. They were able to finish our more than 400 linear feet fence in less than 3 days, and it looks great! I would highly recommend Gentry!

I placed my order for two sets of hinges, and received an email stating what I bought and that I would receive a shipping confirmation when they were shipped. Roughly a week had passed, so I emailed Eric. He told me they were behind when making the hinges, and that they would ship Friday (email took place on Wednesday.) Saturday morning I had still not received a shipping confirmation so I emailed Eric with my disappointment and stated that I felt I was lied to. (EXACT WORDING: To be honest, it's very disappointing to be reassured that my hinges were to be shipped Friday (yesterday) and I never received a shipping confirmation. This has lead me to believe that they were not shipped, and that I was lied to. If you are behind in orders, and/or tooling, that should be stated when people order your product. Now, I won't receive the hinges until the END of next week if you ship today and/or Monday. This mean I will have waited two weeks to put up the gate that I ordered the hinges for. " He cancelled my order for my "offensive language" AKA, "I was lied to." This kind of customer service is extremely upsetting. I believed in your product, I watched your Youtube videos, and was excited to build my fence with your hinges. Your customer service ruined this.
