It used to be good but most of the staff is crap . Plain and simple don't take a job if you don't want to do it or can't do it. You stayed open all day but at closing you don't have enough people? Make it make sense because you even have on site security at the entrance doors and walking the floors. Yesterday in Longview to look at boots and found some things interesting but not quite a match. Felt like I walked onto a car lot with high pressure sales all around.
