After contacting Dennis asking for power washing of our…read morehouse, walkways, driveway, deck, patio furniture and outdoor cushions he came by and gave us a price of $1800. He showed up the next day after he had been paid and left and we got a chance to walk the house to check out the work we thought he did, I noticed the stairs leading up to the back deck had not been done at all and were still covered in dirt and pollen. As I walked around the back of the house I noticed an entire wall that had been missed (my kids had drawn chalk on it the previous week and it was still there.) I took photos and contacted Dennis telling him that these things were missed. All of the patio furniture cushions were still full of soap and had not been rinsed at all. I hadn't even walked the front of our house or driveway at this point since it had gotten dark. He said he could come back out the following day and get the places missed. He contacted me later that night and said he had a family emergency and had to go out of town. The next morning we realized he didn't even power wash the front walkways or our driveway. I contacted him again and asked that he please give us a partial refund for the work that was not completed. With his family emergency preventing him from being able to return in a timely manner and the reality that half of the work was not done even though he collected the payment in full. We needed to hire another company to do the work he failed to do. He refused even a partial refund. We hired another company to come out and he was appalled at the "work" that Dennis had done and pointed out even more places he missed! Even commenting that the bleach smell was still strong and in his opinion Dennis probably hadn't rinsed what he did wash. Even after completely redoing the entire power washing job the second company charged 1/3 of what Dennis charged. I would NOT recommend Dennis or his company at all and can only hope he doesn't take advantage of anyone else like he did to us!
