However, Amanda (at the front) was extremely nice and accommodating. She reimbursed us for the amenities we did not get to use and was so sweet and apologetic for the situation. More businesses should have customer service and employees like Amanda; it could have been a negative experience due to getting kicked out of the gym, however good customer service makes all of the difference. Will definitely come back to this YMCA when we are in town again.

There was a teen room that had computers, air hockey table, pool table, video games, bean bag chairs. Was disappointed that the video games were not available due to not having staff for that area. The double basketball court was nice except all the balls were very warn and on the flat side. The indoor pools were nice and the locker rooms were clean. Remember to bring your own lock for the lockers. The workout room had a good variety of equipment. Plenty of washcloths available. I saw several different workout classes. Overall it is a very nice place for the family.

On the day when I gave birth to my baby, Grace was there with laboring supplies at the ready. She helped my husband support me effectively during labor, showing him where to do counter-pressure, for example. That was invaluable to us, because he really wanted to help, but didn't know how! In the midst of the intense focus of labor, she helped me remember my priorities and values, and I felt so lucky to have her on my team. After my baby was born and we made it home, Grace was a wonderful resource, even just for emotional support. She made such a big difference in my pregnancy and birth experience. I felt calm and prepared, which was essential to letting my body take the lead.
