BUYER BEWARE. Got my tri color male from here. He was born 2/19/22. He had asperated pneumonia before coming home. I paid 1k for a board and train for basic training. He barely knew how to sit. Rip off. He also came sick with giardia. It took 3 rounds of antibiotics to beat it. He smelled awful when I got him too. Also, he eats food incredibly fast which makes me believe they had to compete for food. My rescue dog does the same but he never sees her eat. Could be just a general thing. He had major issues potty training. Also, anal gland rupture which cost a ton. and extreme snorring at night. His face is lopsided and is not even close structure wise to the breed standard. He is also bow legged in the back. This April, out of nowhere he developed back issues. We are getting tested for CM. I can't even pick him up without him screaming. Also they didn't have a picture of the father, as far as I know they don't even show their dogs. I see a lot of reviews with CM so far his heart is healthy but he's got back issues , a weird gait from the start, and anal gland issues that I have to take care of every four week or infection occurs. I love my dog to death but wish these people would take breeding more seriously. I knew this breed had issues but several issues is not fair to people. You are better off purchasing from a breeder who is affiliated with the cavaliers kennel club of America. Also these people are mass breeders because there is always puppies in basically every color variation on their website. Please think again before choosing Crumley.

We are so fortunate to have found this wonderful breeder! Hillary and Sarah were amazing, always responding to our questions as we waited for our puppy to be born, and then regularly sending us photos of our little one. We bought her home 3 weeks ago and she has been such a joy! The breeder's facilities are beautiful and clean, and the puppies are healthy and loved by the entire staff. If you are thinking about getting a Cavalier King Charles Spaniel, do not hesitate to choose Cavaliers by Crumley. Thank you for bringing our little Mei-Mei to our lives!

Loved the location of Cavaliers by Crumley. There was a mix up when picking my puppy up so I waited about an hour for the owner to bring him to me. He is the sweetest puppy and as of now 6 months old still has a clean bill of health.

We purchased our puppy in September 2022. His puppy visit was 1 day after arriving home and he was positive for Coccidia. He was also below the 5 pound weight limit we were told was required to take him home. He would not eat and it has continued to be a struggle since. At around 4 months, we noticed his wide stance and gait. Xrays revealed some hip concerns but our vet said it could just be him growing into his body. She wanted to monitor and re-image at the 1 yr mark. Maverick was imaged last week when we took him in for his anorexia and he was found to have a shallow socket and dysplasia in the right hip. Surgery is inevitable (RFO) in the future. Maverick also has Chiari Malformation with some signs of syringomyelia. We will manage this with meds for as long as we can but if his symptoms worsen, MRI and possible surgery may be needed for this as well. The Breeder and Trainer were both quick to respond to me when I asked for advice related to his eating issues and actually recommended the medical evaluation for health concerns that may be related to his anorexia. As soon as I let them know about the health issues, I have had ZERO response. I would not recommend this breeder and wish I had done more research of previous reviews. I am SO glad we bought the health insurance because this little boy is going to have an enormous amount of medical bills. Please research the breed prior to purchasing from ANY breeder. I know CM is common in 95% of the breed but I think "breeding for the smaller size of standard" has REALLY affected these puppies' outcome of developing SM.

I love cavaliers by crumley! Holly and Hillary are up front and forward with you and pair you with what they feel is suitable for your family . Don't pay attn to the negative reviews . They have different levels of puppies To purchase . They educate you on what you are getting and paying for . They even offer great prices for boarding . We love our ruby Hinder we purchased last October . He was the perfect match for us ! We are always stopped and asked where Hinder came from and complimented on how well behaved and trained he is! The negative reviews left are completely false ! Once you get a crumley cavalier you won't regret it!

My German Shepherd ,that was six…read moreyears old, gave my a lot of problems from being hyper, not sitting in the car, barking like crazy when someone came to visit, pulling on the leash, not coming when called and a few other things. It was exhausting for me at times. My husband thought it was too late to train an almost 7 year old dog but I thought contacting Mona and getting a free demo would not hurt. Boy,was I right! After the demo I knew what I had to do and signed up for dog training lessons. What a difference! Mona has so much knowledge about the dogs, their body language and how to correct the owner during the training process when needed, sending clear signals to the dog so it will not get confused in what is expected of it. This strengthens the bond of the owner with the dog and both are happy with each other. In my case it is really true "You can teach a dog new tricks and obedience. I rescued a lovely 6 year old male Portuguese Water Dog who had somehow gotten away from his previous owners and was found wandering around the North Georgia Mountains. I was keen to make sure that the same thing didn't happen again since my new buddy clearly had strong instincts to chase things. He also had no idea that a human was on the other end of his leash and would drag me into his chase with the squirrels too. After just 2 weeks with Mona, my dog was happier, more confident, and wonderfully obedient. And I'm happier as a result too. I am no longer being pulled to and fro and he can walk by a squirrel without going completely nuts. The progress she made with him in such a short time was nothing short of miraculous! I am forever grateful to Mona for her patience, insight, skill, knowledge, kindness and most of all for the love she shared with my new best friend. Thank you, thank you, thank you, Mona!

We brought our dog there on Aug 3rd, 2022, not knowing Platinum had been bought out. There was no sign of any price increases and they did not inform us of those increases at drop off time. With the old owners in charge, they would call us three, or sometimes four hours later to come pick up our dog. The new owners called a mere 1.5 hours later to pick up our German Shepherd and she didn't smell fresh like Platinum owners made her smell. They told me it would be a extra $10 for two squirts of fragrance. Fragrance? She should be cleaned properly so you don't have to put fluffy perfume cover-up on the dog. We declined the "cover-up" and asked for the total. The gentlemen asked me how much we paid before. I told him $50. He said it would be $55 as they had to raise prices. Ok, we accepted that, but barely two days later our inside dog smelled like she did when we brought her for the bath. Didn't understand why but we presumed that maybe because they had her out in one and a half hours versus three hours likely had something to do with it. So today, September 14, 2022, we tried again thinking last time they were new at the business and maybe they just had a bad day on August 3rd. When I picked our dog up this afternoon I asked what type of shampoo they used last time because she smelled two days later. The clerk said she'd check and came back to tell me they used a different type of shampoo on her today. It was time to pay and, of course, I thought it was $55 like last time. The lady then told me it would be $85. I'm sorry, what? For what? The clerk informed me, "We used the Dremel to do her nails". I replied I never asked for that service, so she removed the fee. Then she told me the new price was now $65. What? Why? "Because she is a big dog", said the clerk. I decided not to argue with her about $10, but to instead "vote with my feet" so I paid $65 but we will never return. Here's a suggestion. Why not tell everyone you, for the second time in as many months, have raised the prices! I departed for home but driving down the road, I had to drop the windows because our dog smelled like the perfume counter at the department store. I will be looking for another place for her to have a bathed. If you decide not to heed my warning and venture inside to have any kind of pet treatments performed, BUYERS BEWARE and make sure you pin K9 Inn down on the price before you drop off your four-legged family member.
