When I asked why the open house wasn't open as advertised, he casually responded that "those hours vary." What followed was even more disappointing -- Robert's agent with a tattoo behind his right ear asked me, "Are you a buyer?" as if my right to view the property depended on giving the correct answer. It felt dismissive and unprofessional, and frankly, I was left wondering how many potential buyers are treated this way. If this is how Robert Realty handles public listings and prospective clients, I can't imagine the level of service they provide once you're actually in a transaction. Extremely unimpressed.
