I buy high quality items and then replace them when their useful working life has run its course. The one big exception has been one bag, a German-made Rimowa aluminum trolly. Zacherl sold it to me about three years and 300,000 miles ago. Today I picked it up after a "tune-up." Zacherl replaced the wheels, the corner reinforcements, a lock, and generally cleaned and straightened all its surfaces. My trusty travel companion looks like new. Total cost, 25 euros. I couldn't be happier with the service I've received. Highly recommend!!
