Kaleigh (sp?) showed me a vaporesso device & told me all of the differences & pros that it had over the novo (apparently pods are cheaper & they're top fill so they leak less). Because it was valentine's day, the store had deals for buying a whole set up (device + pack of pods + 2 bottles of juice), with 35% off. I texted my sister & got the go ahead. Again, I'm clueless with this stuff so the 2 gals helped set up the device & fill it with the juice to make sure it worked before leaving. My sister is super happy with it. So I've been going here for years because it was the only vapor place I knew about, but now that there are other options, avoid this place. I'll give a brief "greatest hits" list of the biggest issues I've had over the years. First, some of the vape juices are not the nicotine strength they say on the bottle, specifically the Butts Out brand. Now these are in the $5 discount bin, so not the biggest issue, but if I start feeling nicotine withdrawals after buying a bottle labeled in the strength I always get, it's a dead giveaway that the product is garbage. Even if it's in the discount bin, there should be at least a bare minimum of quality control to what they sale people for money. But this level of petty nickel-and-dime-ing the customer that they do applies to the rest of their business. I bought a new vape unit there, then a few days later I went back in to get more coils for it, only to learn that they no longer make them for that model. And of course when I bought it I asked to make sure that they would in fact have more coils for it, and they said they do. So that was a nice waste of $40. And now for the thing that has finally spurred me into writing this review, and seeking other means of vape supplies, is the nicotine additive packs. I'd get some bottles of the juice, and they wouldn't always have the nicotine strength I'd need, so I'd get the additive packs to make them usable for me. But on multiple occasions I've bought one, gotten home and opened it, and found that the capsule had either ruptured in the packet, making it unusable, or was just COMPLETLY EMPTY. And due to their policy of blaming the government for all their problems, they wouldn't do a single thing to rectify the situation. I guess being in Nevada, they think that all businesses should have a theme of gambling. Either you spend your money and get what you paid for, or you get nothing and can give them more money to try again. I shopped here because I like supporting local businesses, but this store makes a pretty strong case for going through the hassle of jumping through hoops to buy this stuff online. I will continue to buy locally, but not here. Honestly if it was between shopping here and shopping somewhere that punches you in the face as soon as you walk in the door, the face punch would probably be less frustrating in the long run. But as of this writing, there are other local options that are far better. Even if only by default. TL;DR Rip off artists and lacking selection and stock.
