Before this week, I had no idea that Kohl's was a drop-off location for Amazon returns. I hardly ever return anything (because I scour the reviews of course), but how convenient! It's in my neighborhood! The process was smooth, handled efficiently, and in a matter of literal seconds I was on my merry way-- to shop (when I should have left the store)!
