They are the most HATEFUL and condescending people I have ever dealt with. They're the definition of a "Karen". The demeanor in which these ladies talk to you is dispicable. But it is also housing for someone, not just a money maker. If you need a rental in Indiana, you should look into Patrick Oster. I regret ever signing a lease with Schuler Bauer. The worst part? Who do you complain to when the person creating the problems claims "I don't work for Schuler Bauer there is no one above me" the bottle neck is the problem. Makes Schuler Bauer look awful to home buyers being associated with the rental division. Glad we didn't to purchase via this company.
