Mervin knew exactly what I wanted and even offered a suggestion I hadn't thought of. The contractor he recommended to do the gravel pad was so meticulous, I was glad I didn't try to tackle it myself. When my 16X24 garage was delivered the crew worked in a way that there was absolutely no time wasted and the jobsite was immaculate when they left. The fit and finish are so much better than what you'd see at the lots with a few different sized sheds on display. Visit Miller's lot outside Arthur and you'll see the craftsmanship in everything they build.

Zoom the before & after of the corner of my chair! My very favorite chair, actually our whole family's favorite chair, was wrecked when we thought we could trust our dog to not be kenneled after she turned 1. I couldn't stand looking at it because it made me sad & angry every dang time I saw it so I kept that corner covered with a blanket. Then I contacted Stacy Spain, owner of Stacy's Stitching, just off the square on Jackson ave. Stacy does amazing work & she's such an amazing soul. A rare gem of a lady. She does sewing as well. I cannot recommend her highly enough. Support this local business & meet one of the coolest ladies in town!

21 minutes ago I'm about to blast a local business: Morgan's…read moreDisposal. I called recently because our trash had still not been picked up today at 1:00 pm. (We put it by the street at 5 am this morning--which is 6-7 hours before their pickup time.) The man on the phone, the one who always answers, told me I was lying because if it had been out, it would have been picked up. I said--why would I lie about it? We just need our trash picked up and can't wait until Monday. He said, "I don't believe my dad would lie, either." Morgan's Disposal is no longer our trash pickup. And clearly doesn't care, because I was "lying." Wow. Also, as soon as I told them we were changing trash pickup companies, they picked up that trash within the hour. You should NOT do business with this company! I have been a customer for 10 years, and have admittedly missed pickup day and paid extra for them to get our trash when it was our fault. I have never been treated worse over the phone or had to say so loudly: I AM NOT LYING. Do yourself a favor and avoid Morgan's. I wish I could give 0 stars. Seriously. ZERO.
