I would like to add my voice to the many other yelp reviewers that had a highly favorable experience with Catherine Cripe as their realtor. We randomly came across her name on the Internet and decided to research further (as we live in the Bay Area and did not have any connection to a realtor). We read thru her BIO and other sources that she has experiences as an attorney, which is a very large plus given the volume of legal documents involved. I called her up to see if she was interested to assist us remotely in our search for a house in the Desert within our price range and desired amenities and if she has the time to help us when needed. She worked with us closely and made us feel that we made the right choice; immediately providing listings for our feedback. Properties we were interested were sold quickly; Catherine was able to look into properties and provide her input and recommendations to enable us to bid competitively.
