While in their office for a divorce case I though that they were representing my wife in lieu of me. Have failed to execute direction from client that ultimately compromises their client's case. They spend more time arguing with you than looking for serve your best interest & invoice you for arguing with them, invoice you for items against the law, fail to urgently return your retainer.
