After your routine yearly exam the lab was next or anything else that needed to be done. Everything was there. Now, if you need lab work after your exam you must wait hours in the lab or go home and make an appointment to go to the lab and have to choose another location. There is no warmth here from the staff. When you call for an appointment or anything else, the receptionists put you on hold and when they answer they rush you through everything and get all the information wrong. They act as if they are tired of people and hate their job. When you are there and go to the desk and ask anything, they also rush to get you out of there and act annoyed with you. The doctors are nice but a bit cold. They do spend time with you but is all in a professional way. In an atmosphere such as theirs, I dread to call or come in unless I really have to. I just might go back to Memorial Care Medical Group. Think before you switch.

My partner was supposed to be referred to another office, but we have been going back and forth for MONTHS because the referral either wasn't sent correctly or wasn't sent at all. To make matters worse, my partner has dealt with Lily throughout this process, and she has been extremely rude and dismissive every time he has spoken with her.
