During the session, Danielle was nice, easy, and she always asked our feedback. For example, after finishing shooting my baby at one spot, she never forgot to ask us if we want to have more pictures (or family photo) here or we want to move to next spot. Besides, she was SO NICE when my 8 month old baby got fussy. She made him calm down by talking sweetly and nicely. We loved her so much, so we decided to prolong the session to have some other photoshoots at our house. Danielle sent us the acess to the online album one week later. We love every single picture she took. One of my colleagues booked the session for her two boys right after we shared our pictures with her. After the first excellent experience with her, my husband and I always talked about having her photograph my son again. However, she was having the second baby and her husband took over the work. We waited until this year. When she was available again, we decided to do that the first thing in spring. (With that said, what bad review states " Danielle no longer photographs sessions after the 2nd baby" is not ture!!!!) I sent Danielle an email and she gave me some recommendations on the spots. We chose Downtown Dallas, where is a building with colorful doors. Just as what we expected, we had great time and great photos again. I didn't know Danielle when I first hired her. I ended up having her photograph my baby twice, referring her to my colleagues, and planning to hire her to photograph my best friends' expecting daughter as my gift to them. Not only because of her professional photographing skills, but also because of her personality which always makes us so comfortable during her session. I feel bad about the bad review. People should communicate the unsatisfaction before posting the bad review becuase bad reviews (false accusations) can easily destroy the reputation people spend so long to build up. He never lost momentum, stayed energetic throughout the entire event. He's very creative. Through our multiple photoshoots, I felt that he likes more natural pictures. He will occasionally tell you how to pose if you get stuck, but he likes the organic energy to flow between the couples, and captures the mood/vibe of that moment. I will say, he is a very punctual and type A. He likes to stay organized and on schedule. At times I felt rushed, but I can't blame him for wanting to do an excellent job. I guess if he didn't stick to the schedule, we wouldn't have gotten some of the great pictures that we have. He is very quick to respond and answers all questions. Jamie has had the challenge of photographing not only my wedding, but also both my older brother's weddings in 2014 and 2018. We are all really different people with varying expectations and Jamie has more than delivered for all of us! We joke that he is now stuck with being the family photographer. I found out about this location on Groupon while searching for things to do in the Metro Atlanta area and called to inquire about pricing. I recommend choosing the package with the person taking your photos if you go alone or are not as good at taking your own pictures. Selfie Paradise will provide you with dedicated staff for the hour tour to take your pictures. Upon speaking with the manager, I learned about the package tiers and realized that the interactive tour would be best for me, since I wanted to have someone capture my pictures and videos for me on my own phone. I made an appointment two weeks before and this gave me a full hour tour with staff on sight to take our pictures. For an additional cost, you can have one of their photographers capture your images on a DSLR camera for a full blown photoshoot. Alyssa was so helpful with explaining how things worked and she provided recommendations on where to find the letters for this celebration. Tori and Alex were there during my tour and were very fun, professional, and sweet. They set a mood for us with music of our choice, helped me with posing, and we took several photos and videos in the different rooms and backdrops. There were ring lights, tripods, and props on sight and we were able to bring our own letters and balloons. We also received complimentary macaroons after our visit. I had the salted caramel and Alieshia had a strawberry one. We didn't get to utilize all rooms during the hour, so I'm considering coming back for a bday photoshoot soon. Saturdays are a busy time so make sure to make an appointment to guarantee your spot. Also, there is a Tok Blok location right next door that is smaller, and allows you to go through on your own and capture your own content for TikTok (or other platforms). We went there after our interactive tour. It's self led, but Taylor was there when we visited to help us with setting up the ring light and tripod and share a few tips for capturing pictures on our phones. Both experiences were fun and extremely affordable (especially through Groupon). I highly recommend it. The staff was so friendly and we had a great time.
