A short bit later, I believe it was the president/owner, came out to talk. We kicked around some ideas, and I was on my way. No pressure sales tactics. I took a card, and said I may be in touch. I appreciated that treatment. I can't speak to their service, but so far, I was treated well and would consider coming back if I needed anything.

Two other guys attempted to find a snow blower part on Cub Cadet's online shop manual (man, that thing needs a rework) and they couldn't find it despite me knowing the part name (see why it needs a rework). Brian knew exactly what the part did and was able to find it on the site , no problem. Once again, I blame the online parts manual more than any person. I cannot say enough about this school and all the teachers. my daughter has been going for a little…read moreless than a year and she has flourished! Because of the age ranges of kids, she learns so much and picks up on things from the older kiddos. She has gained independence and her own personality and wont stop talking about all her friends. The teachers are caring and take the time to talk to you about you child, they are passionate and do activities that are outside of the box. The owner Sarah is hands-on and really cares about each location. I fully trust each and every teacher with my baby!
