Now if only every wedding could have a photo booth at present, I may attend a lot more!! We're not from the state, but it was such a great service that we had to take their business card and give them some props! (no pun intended) lol Thanks for the service guys! It's been months but a lot of our friends still have their photo booth photos on their Facebook timelines and profiles!

The photos came out great and our guests raved about the experience! My husband and I agreed that the photos of his father and my mother acting goofy with the props were probably our favorite (although all of the pictures were hilarious). :) If I had to plan the wedding all over again, there are a few things I'd change -- but Tony wouldn't be one of them! He's the best!

She was super helpful through the planning process and in working with our other vendors to align on timelines. She is great at giving direction and wrangling everyone without being pushy which allowed us to keep to the schedule, but still maximize our shots. Now for the photos. The photos are WELL worth the wait. Elizabeth delivered breathtaking, magazine quality images that captured every aspect of our day and every emotion we felt along the way. She also overdelivered and gave us SO many images to choose from. We are so in love. TLDR; Passionate, Professional, Breathtaking results.

What I loved most about my maternity pics is that Irene has several dresses to pick from to give you several looks. Who wants to go out and purchases several maternity dresses?? She has an excellent selection and is adding dresses to her collection. All of my pictures turned out great the hardest part was deciding which ones to print! My newborn shoot went so smoothly. Before arriving I filled out a form and what I wanted in my pictures. Irene took that interest form and put together a set up I wouldn't have even thought about incorporating into pictures. When I walked in for my session everything was set up for each shoot. I loved that she had the order planned out and got him dressed so that she could go from shot to shot easily. Irene was so patient when he woke up. She quickly changed directions and we circled back to get the rest of the shots at the end of the session. I'm looking forward to taking family pictures with Irene for years to come!

When starting to plan my wedding, I knew the single most important vendor I was going to be working…read morewith was the photographer. It was the first thing I started looking for after my engagement, and one of the first people I hired. I knew the photography would be how I remembered, and my future children saw my wedding for years to come. When I found Jon Koch's work, I realized it was exactly what I wanted. I felt emotional looking at photos from a stranger's wedding day. Start to finish, I felt like I was there. He captured the entire feeling of the day. I knew photography was not something I was willing to compromise on, and was willing to pay for the right one. And, I think Jon's prices are worth every penny. He worked with us on our engagement shoot, and a boudoir shoot for myself, and on our wedding day. His assistant, Kate, was wonderful as well, and was able to get some interesting angles on a lot of shots. Jon is professional and such a sweet guy. He captured our wedding in a very personal and beautiful way. He explains his philosophy on his website as: "I use photojournalism as my starting point, but my coverage is more than just recording what happens- it's documentation infused with fashion and fine art." And that is exactly what I see when I look back at our photos.

He is incredibly professional but above that very kind and understanding and here is why, My husband and I had a very intimate ceremony, just the priest and 2 witnesses,so I relied solely on photos to share this experience with both of our families. Jon totally captured the moment, so much so that both families felt as if they had been present and that is exactly what I wanted since they could not attend. It was intimate, it was romantic and it was classic. Our pictures turned out so much better than I could have ever expected! So here is where the understanding part comes in to play, unfortunately it rained on our wedding day and we had planned to have the majority of our pictures that were not taken in the church, in different locations outside. Jon was nice enough to reschedule that half of the shoot (a little over an hour) at our convenience. Well, as you know this is St. Louis and the weather is often unpredictable so the following week it was bitter cold! A high of about 20 degrees but it wasn't raining so I was determined to get the photos done! Jon went out with us and even though he was freezing, he took the most beautiful photos and we don't even look cold!!!!! I was so impressed by his professionalism and his willingness to do just a about anything to make us happy. He even helped us work out a payment that was right for us. I have absolutely nothing negative to say about our experience with Jon. Unbelievable photos and I would definitely recommend him to anyone looking for a photographer, he will not disappoint!!

This past June, Bernie was able to fit us into his schedule 3 weeks before our set wedding date (we hired him last minute due to the Corona Virus pushing off our wedding). He was very understanding and accommodating with our needs, and exceeded our expectations! On the big day, he arrived to the church early and started shooting before I had even arrived. He didn't say anything regarding me being tardy, but rather welcomed me to join as he continued to get shots of the wedding party and family. Not really knowing how to pose ourselves individually or in a group setting, we felt very comfortable with his direction and requests on how to place ourselves accordingly for the photos. I hired Bernie for two hours, and he stayed for well over 3 hours since the Holy Mass ran longer than expected. I offered to pay him for the extra time he worked, but he declined and said it was his pleasure and his wedding gift to us. My husband, family, and I are all looking forward to seeing the entire DVD collection of the photos Bernie shot! Thanks again, Bernie Elking, you're awesome!
