Terrible Experience - Stay Away! (404) 915-3207 completely messed up my car. He clearly didn't know what he was doing -- he was literally watching YouTube videos while trying to fix it! My car was running and starting perfectly fine before he touched it. After his so-called "repairs," it won't even turn on or drive anymore. This guy is either a scam artist. Ripped me off for $400 bucks. Found him through mobile mechanic-atlanta.com. Told he would be at place at 10a. Texts me & says 11:30a. 1:30p finally shows up & replaces spark plugs only doesn't use the recommended plugs. So now I have to have them replaced again. I should've known he was a scam when he said he could not take a credit card had to be paid through cash app.. got mad at me when I posted a bad review on Google and then blocked my number. My factory wheel wrench didn't fit my lug nuts, and even the HERO unit could not removed them. Sheldon met me on the side of the highway, was able to quickly remove the tire, and even plug the tire right on the spot, which saved me a trip to a tire store. He later met me at my residence to assist with additional work, even though the hour was late. The communication via text was excellent, and with follow-through. read more

I am totally all for BLACK business owners making a living and I love to support us but for some strange reason we are the worst to each other. This VERY UNPROFESSIONAL gentleman from this company pulled up UNPROFESSIONALLY DRESSED jumping out the passenger side of his best friends ride, HUGE unnecessary (Cubic Zirconia) chain with the worse attitude EVER. After having my daughter wait on him for nearly 3 hours, he became very upset because I would not allow her to wait another hour, hour 1/2 and began to call be hoes and bitches all in front of my daughters. His company advised us that they would bring out a tire to replace the one on her Mercedes and he did not do that. He wanted to come get the tire go somewhere and bring it back for $195 after waiting for 3 hours. We have got to do better overall. I would leave 0 stars if I could, which is unfortunate because I wanted to support a black business. I was first directed to the wrong page for payment and when I was confused and called for clarity, the guy said disrespectfully "it's not rocket science" despite THEM directing me to the wrong page. That ended up getting straightened out. Once I sent my location, they texted saying the ETA was 35-40 minutes and that the technician was wrapping up with just ONE customer ahead of me. Almost two hours go by and I text again for an updated ETA and I get a response saying verbatim "Still 2 customers ahead of you when tech finished with customers at hand he will be enroute to your location". It somehow went from just one customer ahead of me (which was about to be finished up according to them) to now two customers ahead of me, which means I was really third in line when you exclude the customer that they were allegedly wrapping up with. I ended up just cancelling but can't get a refund since they apparently don't offer that no matter how poor the service and lies told about how many customers were actually ahead of me. When I called asking about a refund, the guy said I cancelled as the technician was on their way, which I know was a lie unless they took care of the two customers that were ahead of me in half an hour. When I pointed out the dishonesty, he proceeded to get an attitude. Do yourselves a favor and save your money for roadside assistance with better customer service and integrity, and never be foolish to pay for a service like this up front like I desperately did. read more
