Disgusting company, but seems to be typical of cab service in Columbus. I had a doctor appointment, and called Catcha-Cab about 9:15 to request a cab for 10 am. I am disabled and explained my needs. I guess Catcha-Cab thought the whole situation was hilarious. I went down the ramp, found no cab, so I called again. Several times the dispatcher told me "he should be pulling up now." I did go back a couple of times to look, so I guess that was the joke. I don't know where he was pulling up, but it wasn't at my house. Much as I dislike the idea of more government regulation, Columbus, GA needs a Taxi Cab Authority. This was no where near my worst taxi experience here. After a horrible experience a few months ago, I said I would not take another cab. But someone told me Catcha-Cab was different, so I took a chance. It wasn't different. Playing a sick joke like that is despicable. The people who run taxi service in Columbus are contemptible, hateful and cruel. 23 minutes ago New Follow up to the review I left just yesterday. I was told by the Owner in response to my review that I would have 7 mornings of rides on them and we established that the cab would be there at 730. This did not happen. AGAIN I was late for work. I am an office manager for a business and it is imperative I am on time. This is a hassle to call an hour or better ahead of time and to be treated like I called 5 minutes before. This is deceptive of the owner to say that she would make sure they would be there and the cab still did not arrive until after 8. My business that I help run, was not able to begin effectively because I depended on a service that did not deliver what they say. I was foolish to believe words with no true action behind it. It is an issue that needs to be handled effectively by the management and owner. The driver said this has been happening for years. Then it is time for some change. Just remember words without true honorable action is just manipulation. She has responded to my messages and review. Instead of trying ti right the wrong and correct the inconsistencies, she renounced the 7 free rides and told me not to use her services any longer. read more

A very immature grotesque white woman who said she was the supervisor tolerate me I am paranoid when I told her I was charged 23.30 for a 4 mile trip, even as the driver got lost which incurred additional charges. The windows said .22 per 1/8 of a mile but I was charged .30. Driver by driver 16. I will utilize another cab service. After calling for service about a half hour before needing to use their transportation it actually took them 45 minutes or longer to arrive. I wouldn't know the exact time because by the time I downloaded the Uber app and placed a new method of transportation because I don't be in that type of time when it comes to handling my business. my boyfriend and i just got dropped off at our house after the worst experience of my life. we got in the cab. the cab 11 driver asked us where we were going. my boyfriend casually told him and told him that we were paying with card, which he then asked if we had cash, to which my boyfriend responded, "no, the man we talked to when getting the taxi said we could use card." and this man proceeds to yell at my boyfriend. next, he goes 30+ over the limit. he also almost crashes into almost every car we get behind.
