So happy to have the honor of having Christine so close to our home. Scheduling had been tough since i am a new mom and have a toddler. But Christine was very patient when my sitter cancelled or husband couldn't watch the kids. Finally got in and met Christine and love her! She's so genuine and sweet. She explained and asked questions. During the massage she constantly checked if i was ok with the temperature and the pressure. I can honestly say this is one of the best massages I've gotten. She got all my knots out and my tightness. Will definitely be scheduling more. She also gave me directions after the massage on how to take care of myself. So sweet read more

What a surprising experience, I didn't know what to expect. First let me say that meeting Christina for the first time was a pleasant experience, she immediately made me feel comfortable; her knowledge and insight is refreshing and wonderful. I really liked the fact that she asked questions about my health and what I thought the issues I was experiencing was. As far as the massage, this woman is truly an experienced professional! Don't let the residential atmosphere fool you! She all business when it comes to providing a welcoming and effective massage. I have ended my search for a massage therapist, Christina is now my go to, and you should go too! read more

Amazing massage. Very reasonable prices and she is worth a lot more than what she charges. I would highly recommend her services.

I highly recommend!!! I have had many massages at the finest spas and Christine is by far the BEST!!! I used to suffer from chronic neck pain and after regular treatments from Christine I am oh so happy to say I no longer do!! Thank you for your healing hands Christine!!! read more

Such a relaxing vibe. I love how she stresses no talking takes away that awkward silence feeling and you just melt into your own world. I love how close it is to my home (her business is run out of her own home in a quiet little neighborhood...I think she provides mobile massge service too for an additional fee...check out her website) anyway once I leave her place Im home in less than 10 minutes to continue my relaxation mode. Parking isnt an issue, I generally park across the street. Cost is a great deal considering the quality of the massage. Lately I have been having headaches and lots of shoulder pain. Christine offers a 30, 60, 90 minute. For me the 30 mon is the perfect amount of time to have a deep tissue focus massage and then I switch it up with a 60 minute full body. You wont be disappointed. Enjoy! read more

I feel so blessed I found Christine! I woke up one morning with the worst muscle spasm in my shoulder blade of my LIFE! I cried from the pain and as a sign language interpreter, I couldn't work for 2 days. I came to see Christine for just 30 min and she loosened me up and worked out my spasm. Blessed!! Absolutely incredible and I got some chiro adjustments while I was there too. Ha! My back was cracking and I walked away feeling so much better. My chiropractor even said I'm loser and less tense. 10/10!!! Thank you Christine! I'm coming back and bringing everyone I know! read more

Got a prenatal massage in my third trimester and Christine was amazing. It was relaxing and just what I needed as I prepare for labor. Her prices are super affordable compared to other prenatal massages and I love how knowledgeable she is. She knew where I was tense w/o me having to tell her. Will definitely be back soon! read more

Let me tell you. She's super knowledgeable she gave me great advice for my feet and back since I walk around at work all day. Her prices are more than affordable and the quality of work she does it's amazing. My roommate recommended her to me and I am grateful. I did the hour massage and she knows all the pressure points. She will discuss what kind of pain you're having and your concerns and goals. After the massage I didn't want to get up I just wanted to sleep! Thank you Very much I'll see you soon! read more

In short: This woman is amazing at what she does. ...Okay, need more info? lol I just got a massage from her to help with so much tension and pain in my neck and shoulders, upper and lower back. She also demonstrated to me how my head should be for when I sleep. This massage was exactly what I needed, and I've already scheduled my return appointment next week with her. Thanks again, Christine! read more

If you "need" a massage, you will want to come here. This is a, lets get down to the massage and make sure you leave feeling better in-home massage studio. If you have a crook in your neck, or you've got numbness in your hands or shoulders, you'll have found your spot for relief when you go to Catch Your Breath and catch some real relief. Christine has strong hands and can really get to those tight spots that need the work. Did I mention, it would be hard to beat the reasonable prices. I've paid a lot more for a whole lot less. read more

I started receiving massages from Christine right after she opened her doors, and she has been phenomenal! I suffer from diabetic neuropathy and suffer from chronic fatigue. After every session with her I feel better for weeks! I used to visit her several times a month, and her technique, style, and skill were wonderful! Don't let the home office setting deter you - she has a fantastic studio set up that is peaceful, beautiful, and tranquil. Do yourself a favor, and take her up on one of her introductory offers, you will be so glad you did! PS - I live in Illinois now, but on my annual visits out west, she's the first place I stop! Go see why! read more

I've been going to Christine for therapeutic massage work for years. It began when I had a frozen shoulder. She was able restore range of motion and end my chronic pain and has since been an important part of my health and wellness. Her therapy has been essential in keeping chronic joint and muscle pain at bay. read more

Today I saw Christine for the first time and she was amazing! Definitely one of the best massages I've ever received. She knows how to tell what your personal needs are just in the beginning of her massaging. I left feeling like I had a 5 hr nap and made my second appointment already. The room she used was very relaxing. I highly recommend her! read more

being that im disabled, for what ever reason, other massage places seemed to deny services to me. Catch Your Breath Massage isn't other places. Christine not only came to me, but provided a soothing and therapeutic massage. looks like i have found what i need, and know if you aren't sure about her, then stop it. lol. she's wonderful, honest, kind and has been doing this stuff for years!!! thanks Christine! read more

Amazing massage !! Felt so rejuvenated after!!! The room was cozy Christine was super sweet and talented. Hopefully she has an opening today!! read more

I have never gotten a massage before so I was super skeptical about where to go. I looked at several different places to go to but Christine in my opinion had the best feedback. Once again was kind of skeptical that she worked from her home but do NOT let that stop you from seen her! For first time clients you pay $40 for an hour massage and that is a steal for the work that she does. I was extremely relaxed and really felt at ease after. I will be returning to see her and highly recommend this business! She is truly great at what she does! read more

Christine is amazing! I will definitely be going back! She has the perfect amount of pressure and doesn't feel the need to talk continuously. read more

Christine is great at what she does! I came to her for a last minute appointment because of back pain I had been dealing with for a few days, and she was able to fit me in her schedule no problem. During our session she was very in tune with what needed the most work and the correct pressure for every spot. She even had tips for how I can help to rectify my problem areas at home. I had a very pleasant experience with her and left feeling super rejuvenated! I will be referring others to her as well. read more

I went to see Christine earlier today to get my first ever massage. She was both friendly and professional. She did an excellent job and made sure to take her time and not hurt me. I would definitely recommend her and I will be going back ASAP. read more

Based on the reviews I knew it was out of her home and that was a bonus for me! The ambience of the room was very spa like. I did hear someone in the next room, but it didn't bother me at all. I felt totally relaxed. I called her desperate for some respite from ongoing neck and shoulder pain. I was in the middle of some major pain. I was there for a massage that was going to help me with that pain, not for a relaxing afternoon. She didn't disappoint. She used very heavy pressure and really worked the areas I needed. Within a couple of days I was feeling much better! read more

Think about the last time you were really relaxed. Not chemically relaxed or any thing like that, but actual "you" time where the entire experience is all about...well, you. This is what getting a massage at Catch your Breath is like. Almost, except it's better. That's because of Christine. I've had massages before, but this one would have to be the pinnacle of my massage-getting career. Christine is very intuitive and can determine what areas of your body are tight and need extra work just with a quick glance. Christine is amazing and makes me feel comfortable during every visit. THANK YOU CHRISTINE...I will always come to you for a wonderful massage. read more

I had my first massage with Christine about a month ago. I really cannot explain the amount of pain I am in on a daily basis and how much she helped!! In the best way possible Christine is "heavy handed" but can absolutely do light pressure as well! For me, a strong massage is what I need and man did Christine deliver. I was sore for a few days after and I knew that was coming but I can't even explain how much better I felt after for a long period of time which usually isn't the case. It's the longest time I have felt better after a massage, ever! She helped so incredibly much with my pain and body problems and I am looking forward to my next massage with her. If you want someone who can really work out some mayor issues, she is it! Her pricing is great, her work is incredible and she is very kind. I actually like the no talking rule to bc I can just relax. Oh also, the arm rest she has is fantastic, I loved having that!! read more

Christine is amazing. Before I started going to Catch Your Breath Massage I had extreme pain in my left shoulder to the point that I couldn't lift my arm or sleep at night. I have been getting a massage for several weeks now and I am thrilled with my progress. Christine is a professional and knows what I need even when I don't. I have recommended her to all my friends and invite anyone reading this to book a massage. You will not be disappointed. Thank you Christine for all you do!!!!! read more

At first I was a little unsure about a in home massage but Christine was very welcoming and made me feel very comfortable. Not the spa experience you get at one of the bigger spas but the massage itself was far better than any I've ever experienced at any high dollar joint. She is truly amazing and I will definitely be going back. read more

Christine is a well knowledgeable massage therapist. She is good at what she does on how she is able to diagnose what your aches are and knock them out of your ailing body. I highly recommend her if you need your aches and pains in your body to ease out. read more

Whenever I am in the area visiting my mom I try to schedule an appointment with Christine. She is extremely professional and intuitive of where the pain is coming from. I had been having pain in my back and I had gotten massages where I live and I was still in pain. I went to Christine and told me it was my sciatica. She was able to locate where the pain was coming from and work at relieving the pain-she was fantastic! She even gives tips and suggestions of what you can do at home should the pain flare up again. I highly recommend Christine and I wish I lived closer to go more often! read more

Fantastic hands! Not just a message but a healing touch. My back never felt better- 4 stars because I didn't like the "in home" setting.

This was my first massage experience, ever. Christine visited our offices and she was wonderful! I was so tense and I feel worlds better after just a short time with her. She concentrates on the areas that really needed the attention and really worked out those knots! Let's just say, I am a fan of massages now! read more

Christine was excellent. She provided an excellent therapeutic massage in a comfortable environment. While the venue isn't a high end salon it was cozy and probably help her keep the costs down. I'll be back to see her. read more

Christina is amazing. Both my husband and I use her exclusively for massages. I have had MANY massages in my life and she is one of the best I have been to. She is professional, prompt, and knows what she is doing. I look forward to every massage! She has relieved so much pain for us. We love her! read more

So this is the second time I've set a appt with Christine and she flaked on me. We set a appt a week prior and once I text her on the day of she never responded and we were waiting outside her home for at least 30 mins. Very unprofessional I'm very disappointed I was in a lot of pain the least she could've done was responded saying she was running late or couldn't make it but didn't even do that. Will never try to book with her again!!! read more

This is as good as it gets! I have had many massages over the past 25 years. All over the world and at many top resorts. There is simply none better than here! Over and over again she can instantly find and fix whatever is broken or misplaced! Ever seem like your massage was everywhere except where you needed it. Kept missing that one point? Not here. You will not leave wishing you had anymore pressure. Her ability to keep you in bliss, on the perpetual edge of ecstasy, of just a little more would be too much, but never goes there or misses a beat. This is not about just being ok and feeling good! This is what you have been searching for I can guarantee it. I have had other local massage from the same spa and staff, that "treat" the Kings players. I can assure you if the Kings players come to Cristina, they would never go back to the competition. If you like serious pressure in all the right points and generous muscle manipulation, Christine is your angel sent from heaven! God bless her and her talents! So good I am willing to sign my name! I contacted Christine for a same day appointment and she was very accommodating. I have had many massages, some good, some not so good. I'm happy to report that Christine is in my all time top three. I have quite a bit of scar tissue in my neck and shoulders and she was able to relax my muscles. She has some of the strongest fingers and she is knowledgeable in what she's doing and not just following a rehearsed routine. She's wonderful and I'm so excited that she's in the neighborhood! read more
