After spending over £2000 on my perfect dress, veil and tiara, my dress…read morewas faulty on my big day, the corset snapped and I had to reluctanty and heartbrokentake off my dress early on in the evening, after returning from honeymoon and contacting the wedding rooms, their reply was it was sold in perfect condition you could have been rolling round the floor , fighting how do we know what's happened! They then asked me to return my dress so they could send it to the designer, they then repaired the dress without my consent and asked what more I wanted! The frustrating part is the Marie sweet talked me for the best part of a year while we tried to sort this mess out making promise after promise that we'd sort something out and in all honesty she's done nothing but lie to me and looking back from when I very first walked in to that shop to pick my dress that's exactly what she did then, I have quite a large bust and was concerned that the dress I chose may reveal too much on my big day she assured me a hundred times I'd be fine, well at least half of my photos were ruined by how low my dress was and when my bridesmaid tried to tighten it it snapped. I will NEVER NEVER step foot in that store again. They pride themselves on being so wonderful when they've caused so much upset, hurt, anger and its taken almost a year to get some resolve, well iI've had to walk away without even an apology and to say I'm disgusted is an understatement, they are sugar sweet when taking your money but if anything goes wrong they don't want to know, you're lucky if Marie will even come to the phone!
