She's right in suggesting them. Every agent has treated our family members with care, dignity and respect throughout the years. I had been with USAA for over 30 years, and had become disappointed with their service. With Adam Sterken's location, it's been nice not being just a nameless, faceless person dealing with insurance issues. They've also helped guide my children with getting started with new vehicles and their own insurance. I'm grateful for the attention and assistance they've given our entire family, and will continue to use them!

We quickly realized that Adam was responsive, professional and looking out for his clients. He not only handles our car insurance but our home owners as well and we would not want anyone else to be our agent. No matter what questions we have he responds timely and professional. Hopefully some day we will meet as we live in the Raleigh area and he is in the Charlotte area. Thanks Adam.

I was with Bryce Holder for almost 30 years and when he sold to BCS I was assured I would receive…read morethe same level of service as it was their "goal" to build "relationships". So, I decided to stay with the firm and at the beginning it was not bad. However today I got a letter telling me that after more than 35 years they would no longer keep me as client because they could not handle the load in the area. As you might have noticed, after 35 years, I am loyal and believe in those I need to trust. I am about to retire which would require significant help from my "trusted" accountants. However, there is no loyalty with BCS and therefore no trust. They misled folks about the engagement and their desire to build relationships. They can't be trusted and there is no loyalty which puts its clients at risk. Find another accountant would be my advice before you are cut loose by the Johnson City elite. These are not the people you want watching your back when it counts. None of us need fair weather friends in our corner.
