Their flavors are rich without being overpowering, and their attention to detail shows in every bite. They made our wedding cake, and it was absolutely perfect. Not only did it look incredible on our big day, but it tasted amazing too. The real surprise? We saved the top tier for our one-year anniversary, and it was still delicious a whole year later. That says everything you need to know about their quality. If you need a cake for a special occasion or just want something sweet that never disappoints, Vanilla Bean is the place to go. With that being said, I wasn't a fan of not using fresh fruit. The ladies there met us with smiling faces but failed to mention to us that if we liked them on Facebook we could have received a dollar off but told the next customer. Not a great way to start an experience. We walk in with NO ONE wearing a face mask, still in a pandemic here! No sign up requiring one either. I had never had the loaded teas of any kind so I understand the names but there was nothing to explain the combo of flavors in them. I got what I was told would have a certain flavor and I basically taste a watered down weak tea. I had to ask what flavors were in the drinks and I'm not sure if that was an issue but I think like most people I like certain flavors but certain flavors Im not a fan. I'm just going to have to say this place is overrated. The decor felt cold and off putting. You basically have a counter wrapped in sheet metal with boards hung written on in colored chalk with names. There were I believe 2 dark metal tables with four chairs and a cabinet housing something with nutrition. Very bland & nothing that didn't look like they just threw it together over the weekend. Even if I'm missing something with this being my first experience, at least up your game with customer service. Take the time to give a description of the flavors up on the chalk written board.
