Throughout the entire process, I was able to stay in contact with Bryce and Monique who kept us updated on when the work would commence, weather permitting. After…read moreliving in my home for 5+ years, having far too many trees that were susceptible for causing damage during storms, the wife and I had a scare during our recent "tornado warning" which caused a lot of high speed winds in the area. I heard a snap in the backyard and noticed one of my trees hanging low over my house. I called Bill with Farmer Tree Service for emergency service, and he showed up at my house within minutes (this was after hours on a Sunday evening)... He re-assured me I would be safe through the remaining of the storm (this showed a lot of integrity as he had to opportunity to do what many local "businesses" do in this area, which is take advantage of a situation)... The wife and I finally decided it was time to get rid our of 23 trees, and we got multiple quotes from surrounding businesses. Farmer Tree Service was a very reasonable price considering the amount of work, time and staff required to remove 23 trees safely (don't even bother with JLH as their price was just crazy). When shopping for bids, make sure you go with a company that has valid insurance. A price too low should also scare you off. The equipment that Farmer Tree Service has is quite remarkable. On day 1, about 10 people were working my job, and there must of been 7 trucks/pieces of equipment that really demonstrates the ability of this company to tackle a job of any size. Not only did the entire team do a superb job on removing the trees and clean-up, but Bill and staff went above and beyond to make this a truly professional experience and showed that customer satisfaction is his #1 priority. He was always on time, the staff worked diligently, and they didn't rest til the job was done. Chris, who was the one in the trees roping them down, really is a master craftsman.
