I really don't like PC World at all, I don't think they have any interest in their customers…read more I got my PC there and it wouldn't connect to PC World's website. I drove to the store, in order to give myself a break. I told the chap my problem and he gave me their website address. !!!!!!!!!!!!!. I went through it again and eventually he gave me a phone number. A friend later had problems and I was with him and we went into PC World as he'd purchased his laptop there. Same treatment. Assistants disappear and twenty minutes later tell you some one else is dealing with it. I really dislike bad service.

Went there with a friend to purchase a £580 laptop, instanly got what pc protection are you going to be using and the sell talk of buying a norton pacakge, when we refused it the man said he would go and get our laptop, that man disaapeared and another sch age boy came out, and told us our laptop couldnt be found. so friend chose another, how will you be paying cash my friend said, went to the till and again the lady tried to sell us the norton package.. Give this store a miss buying a new laptop should be a pleasure but using pc world was a nightmare it took us an hour to buy it, due to treatment and sales talk..
