Well today i forgot my bag in the cab and called few times and he picked up and i told him and asked the can driver about him returning it to me.He said he had a trail trip i said ok sure.I called hours later and no answer then 7pm new shift guy i believe to be the owner said ok i will contact previous driver hour later i called back he said hed return my bag tommorow i said no cause i need it. He calls me back and said he can drop it off this is after 8pm for a cost of $10 !? No cause this is theor duty to return a forgot item.He told my brother i cant use their services again ? They were rude to me on more than one occasion. read more

I've lived in this city for more than 10 years & even when this company was owned by someone else; the hit or miss of being able to get a ride on time, or without waiting hours has always been a thing. There is only 1 driver on shift, 1 car(a Tesla) and a short bus. (LMAO) The last time I attempted to use this "service" was around the end of winter & I needed a ride from the grocery store. I called & was told they accepted a fare that would be taking them out of town, would be back in about 50-60 minutes; didn't even have the courtesy to stay on the line long enough for me to say I was willing to wait. So not much choice in my situation, I waited outside in the cold & phoned back 50 minutes later; only to be told that they accepted another fare that would be taking them even further out of town. I struggled to carry my groceries home, in bags that weren't meant to be used that way & I had bruises on my arms for weeks after this. I will never order a taxi from you again & honestly thank you(here's where you earn that one star). Not only do I have more money to spend on other things, I've lost a significant amount of weight walking everywhere & yeah, I'd rather walk in extreme weather than phone you. Walk, or schedule your trip around the "bare minimum" bus schedule & if you do end up using this "service", don't expect help loading and unloading. read more

If you're planning on a visit to the Castlegar area make sure to book a taxi reservation well in advance. The company seems to have only one vehicle and it only runs during business hours Monday to Saturday. Thinking of going out drinking? make sure to have a designated driver as the taxi does not operate during normal taxi times. As there is only one car the wait times reach and exceed an hour and by that time the driver may have forgotten about you all together. If you're staying at the hotel near the shell station the driver will drop you off across the street or at the shell station. Due to a disagreement over who has the right to use the hotels in house WiFi the driver will no longer take guests onto hotel property. If you fly into Castlegar be aware the driver will not let you share the cab with another person going to separate addresses. This means you will have to wait for the driver to make a second round. I suggest visitors to Castlegar rent a car, make friends or take the bus... actually the bus routes are pretty horrible. read more

Has to be the slowest Taxi service on the Planet,,, they tell you 20 mins and show in an hour and a half later. When you get things delivered every driver appears to have set there own rate for delivery, which is a Better Business Matter. wish there was another Taxi Service here, cause this one sucks. read more
