Come support mom and pop shops like this one! Overall, 5/5

They can basically match another local local store I frequent. I was inclined to come here because I was shown that they had graphic design comic storage boxes and one had Blade so i definitely had to check it out. Plus I bought a few Tomb of Dracula magazines. Danny was very helpful and answered all my questions and searched when I asked for a title. Also Logan was very friendly as well. Unfortunately they do not give military discounts.

We picked out a $20 Lego kit after looking at many options and had a great time putting it together. The prices are similar to the big box stores while the selection is much better. Plus, I like supporting locally owned businesses. It reminded me of when my dad and I would put together a car model or when I would put together a puzzle with my mom. What a great way to spend time with my granddaughter that does not involve electronics! Of course the service was awesome, helpful, and kind.

I brought in what he wanted to sell. The associates are friendly. One informed me of the process and directed me to the back of the store where they process the items people want to sell under the sign "Trade Counter." They enter the set number into their computer and then check the set to see if it's missing items. You can get the amount they're willing to pay for your items in cash or store credit. The store credit amount is higher than the cash amount so if you're a LEGO fan credit makes sense. They have partnerships with companies and sell LEGO from overseas plus containers and display stands. I love this as I want to display Legos but have broken some when they fell down. There are also tables where you can build your own mini figure or purchase mini figures in balls. Bulk bricks when you're looking for that one brick to complete your build. Or to free build from your imagination. The prices are ok. I like that I can purchase figures without having to purchase a whole Lego set. I'm sure you can sell your sets for more if you do it on your own but for convenience this works. Met Cari whose family owns this location. She's friendly and lives in the neighborhood so that's nice. Supporting local businesses is important to me. You can hold parties at their store and they are planning a race track for Lego cars to race during your party. Check them out! Lots of parking in the shared lot.

Also looking for lined jeans or pants. Chelley (omg I never get her name right) was cashier and she helped find out if they had any. Christine responded and I went back to have her help me find the lined pants. They have a couple of styles right now. She told me that they have more styles for men but not for women. So unfair. I tried the Carhartt pants and jeans. I preferred the carpenter style jeans instead of the straight leg pants. I did want a short length and they can order for you so you save shipping. Unfortunately that style doesn't come in short so I'll have to roll the jeans up. No biggies. Maybe if I feel like it I'll get them hemmed. At least I have lined jeans for the cooler temps I'll face on my trip. And customer service was great.

From the moment we walked in, we were met with condescension and treated as if we didn't know what we were doing. Yes they have a vast selection of toys. I used to only come to this location for service on my vehicle because the actual work done on my…read morecar has always been good. Unfortunately, the customer service and communication have been consistently disappointing. During my first visit, I was told I would receive a text when my vehicle was finished. I sat in the waiting room for hours with no updates until an employee eventually walked in and said, "Oh, there she is, your car is done." I brushed it off at the time because the service itself was done well. About a week later, I hit a pothole and got a flat tire. When I first called, I was told the damage would not be covered under warranty, so I paid for a brand new tire out of pocket. However, when I came in for the replacement, I was then informed that it actually should have been covered under warranty and that I would be refunded. The manager processed the refund while I was there. A few days later, the money was taken back out of my account and, months later, I still have not received it back. Every time I call, I'm told there is nothing they can do and that I just need to wait. At that point, I decided I would only come back for basic oil changes. Most recently, I scheduled an appointment for an oil change online. Less than a minute after finalizing the appointment, I received a text saying the oil option I selected was no longer available and that my appointment would be cancelled. The biggest issue here is not the work done on vehicles. It's the lack of communication, and accountability when problems arise. After multiple frustrating experiences and months of waiting on money that was promised to be refunded, I can no longer recommend this location. The only reason I am leaving two stars instead of one is because one representative in particular genuinely made an effort to help and positively impacted a couple of my experiences here. Their professionalism and willingness to try to resolve issues did not go unnoticed.
