I had an appointmet for my tire switch and other mechinical issues. Manvir is such an awasome and knowledgable worker. He is extremely soft spoken and listens and answer questions in such a professional manner. He truly loves his job and cares for his customers. He is truly a people's person. I have called the dealership 5 times since Thursday, I left 2 messages for the service advisor to call me back , it is now Saturday afternoon and no one has answered my 5 phone calls and no returned my phone calls either . The only reason why I am bringing my car to the dealership is because I have a recall notice . This dealership does not appreciate your business and does not respect the customer. I cannot recommend Castle Honda to anyone. If you value transparency and respect as a customer, I strongly urge you to look elsewhere. Buying a brand-new car was supposed to be an exciting milestone for me, this was my very first new car purchase. Unfortunately, Castle Honda completely ruined what should have been a special experience. I purchased a 2025 Honda Civic Sport Hybrid, only to later find out that the dealership failed to disclose that the car had already been damaged during transport. That alone was upsetting, but it didn't stop there. While the vehicle was still in Castle Honda's care to be fixed due to the transport damage, it suffered even more damages and scratches, on the hood, upper and lower front bumper, both fenders, the driver-side headlight, and passenger-side front door. The lack of honesty and care is shocking. I trusted Castle Honda with my first new car, and instead I was left with disappointment, frustration, and a vehicle that was far from the "brand new" condition I was promised. What should have been a proud, happy moment turned into a stressful and upsetting experience. It got to the point where I had no choice but to escalate the issue to Honda Canada and file a formal complaint against Castle Honda. I had hoped Honda Canada could help, but they informed me that since the damages were caused by Castle Honda, it was the dealership's responsibility to make things right. Honda Canada even reached out to Castle Honda on my behalf, and the dealership promised they would contact me. That call never came. Months went by with no response, not to my letter, and not to Honda Canada's intervention. The complete lack of accountability and communication from Castle Honda has been beyond frustrating and deeply disappointing. To show just how frustrating this ordeal has been, here's the timeline of my experience with Castle Honda. I bought the vehicle brand new on April 19th, 2025, and went to pick it up on April 24th, 2025. Upon inspection, I noticed scratches on the driver-side hood, as well as the upper and lower front bumper. On April 26, 2025, I returned to pick up the vehicle but found that the scratches on the driver-side hood and the front bumper were still present. Additionally, there were new scratches on the driver-side fender, the driver-side headlight, and damage to the driver's window. On May 8, 2025, I was scheduled to pick up my vehicle at 4:00 PM. However, around 3:00 PM, Castle Honda contacted me to inform me that my vehicle had been damaged by the dealership while it was being washed. On May 12, 2025, I once again went to pick up the vehicle and discovered that the driver-side front bumper appeared grey and was fading. I also pointed out that the entire hood, bumper, and fender had additional scratches that were not present on April 24th or 26th. This was the third time my vehicle incurred new damages while with Castle Honda. On May 13, 2025, I contacted Castle Honda again after noticing more bubbles forming under the paint on the hood. On May 15, 2025, I went to pick up the vehicle and found it parked outside, covered in dirt and mud. I also noticed new damages on my passenger door and fender. Castle Honda explained that this damage was likely due to overspray from the body shop's work. When I asked if Castle Honda could fix these new issues, I was told no and they suggested that once I washed the vehicle, the marks would disappear, which never happened. To work so hard and finally achieve the dream of buying my very first brand-new car, only to have it ruined by this experience, has been absolutely heartbreaking. What should have been one of the proudest, happiest moments of my life instead turned into something stressful, discouraging, and deeply depressing. read more

has some of the most unprofessional and rude staff in the service department. I brought my car into the dealership because someone tried to steal my car and they fired the control module. Castle Honda service employees when fixing my car did not set up the cruise control. I paid $3000+ for the repair and they did not do it correctly and to the standards I would expect to see from Honda. I only use cruise control for long distance drives so I did not have to use it for a while. Now that I found out I bring my car in and they are telling me that a few months ago is too long and I have to pay 150 for a diagnostics. The second issue is there is a recall on my AC Condenser which they also want to charge another 150 for. I accepted this one but refuse to be extorted for a jobs that I already paid $3000 for. The staff was rude and ruthless. Do not bring your car here unless you want more problems to come up and all they want is to milk you for every cent you have. In the most unethical way. My family have 3 Honda's and will never come back here again. Please do not use them. I will tell everyone that I know with a Honda in this city to not come here. read more

Stay away from this dealership, once they have sold you a car, it is near impossible to speak to anyone, if you have any questions. Bought a Honda Fit in 2011 I am already experiencing problems with the a/c with the engine and there is no one who can answer. There are always busy selling lemons to customers and never have time for those for past customers. The service representative will never be there to speak to you, always has a day off and other excuses to ignore you. If I can prevent one person from Castle Honda, I would have made someone's life hassle free from contacting this terrible dealership. read more

This place has gone down hill. I've been here a couple more times after my last review and feel like I'm being scammed. I brought my car to another Honda and they were concerned about my last service and I told them I did at Castle Honda. I don't want to point fingers and accuse without any proof but I had to take my car in again to Castle and felt that all they were doing was milking me for more money. They had a list of things they said that they recommend I should do. I had about a half of the list done in the past year. Never coming here again. read more

I purchased a used CRV on Nov. 9 and when I went to receive it on Nov. 20 with the winter tires. They gave it to me very dirty and the winsheild has a crack in it. Bought a brand new 2015 Honda Accord V4 fully loaded in August here. Having done my homework, I negotiated the deal in less than a 2 hour span over the phone with Zain. When we went to pick up the car, everything was as expected and as discussed. Zain was honest and in negotiation, both professional and persistent in helping us to get what we wanted. He was thorough in explaining all the features of our new car. The car is awesome and the purchase experience was unbelievable: quick, trustworthy, excellent pricing, hassle free. This is the third new car we've purchased over the years and the best experience of all. That said, we don't live or work conveniently nearby so will not use Castle Honda for service. Still, well worth the drive here from Oakville to buy, and way better than the experiences we had in the week before at dealerships closer to home, wasting time talking face to face. read more

Went for my first oil change at this location due to covid-19. My regular dealer was shut down. My service includes an oil change and a battery change. Got my car back and notice in the interior had some sort of liquid had been spray on the driver door dash board and center console. Went back inside to speak with the service advisor name TONY DRAGONE who assign this work order. Mention the stain they had cause to TONY and then he got really defensive and didn't take any blame for it. Instead of trying to help or come up with a solution, he quickly became defensive and blame it on me and took no action to solve this. We begin to argue in the castle Honda parking lot. I told him he lost my business and reply you want to talk about business. Keep in mind there was no interior work. The staining dried up once I reach home. Tony even implied that it was me that cause that stain. It was obviously fresh and still wet. He did offer to clean it but it was to late to try to solve it after getting into an argument with me. Brought my car in here for a simple oil change. Made the appointment about two weeks in advance. It took 1.5 hours to do the oil change. I sat there in the waiting room and watched my car in the parking lot for 50 minutes before they brought it into the shop. I asked them if it was a busy day - nope, pretty typical they said. So I guess they always make you wait 1.5 hours for an oil change? Why bother taking appointments? At the end of the oil change, like any other shop, they try to sell you on new air filters and other maintenance. Not surprising, but I expected better from a Honda dealership. On a more positive note, they have a good online system for making appointments and for confirming appointments. Also the coffee bar is decent. read more

I appreciated that he was honest and straight forward and treated me like an intelligent person who did her homework, which is unfortunately still rare in the industry. He explained all the features of the car and took the time to show me everything when I picked up the car and made sure I was comfortable before I left with the car. If I could give zero stars I would...dealt with the Sales Manager Tony for my B12 service (simple oil and filter change) and they call me back to tell me my back brakes were installed incorrectly (THEY WERE INSTALLED AT A HONDA DEALERSHIP). And I'm pretty sure he told me they fixed it "for free" out of the kindness of there heart (I have to go and see the bill first). Then went on to to tell me calipers were going even though I just did them as well as other leaks. There are too many upcharges to list here and I will be using a local mechanic from now on since they wanted to quote me $1,000 plus in surcharge for a SERVICE THAT REALLY SHOULD BE NO MORE THAN $100 (I'm sure they will charge me closer to $300-$400 for this basic service). Also told me one of the nuts was missing off my rims??? WHich no one has told me before....and mentioned people don't usually steal them...okay then. I guess they can't replace this??? OH AND THE ICING ON THE CAKE WAS I TOLD HIM TO ASK ME BEFORE CALIBRATING THE TPMS.....AND WHAT DO THEY DO? tHEY GO AHEAD AND DO IT AND ARE OFC MAKING ME PAY FULL PRICE. Worst dealership to purchase your car from. I had leased 2013 civic from these guys and my lease was gonna end this year. I had over kms on it and was gonna be charged extra but as I was thinking to purchase a new car from honda I was told that some amount would be waived off. So the next time when i came in to make the deal, these guys told me that they will waive off the whole kms charge but my car's value is depreciated so I will have to pay for that. I got confused there that charge for extra kms is actually the price for depreciation of car as I am just returning the lease car. i said no to the deal and thought about what they told me and it didnt seem right to me. So next day I went to another Honda dealership and to my surprise I found out that these guys were just bullshitting and I dont have to pay for the depreciated value for the car when returning a leased car other than the extra kms. Also at the other Honda dealership, they waived off 75% of the extra kms charge and I had to pay nothing else other than the 25% extra km charge which was really good deal compared with these guys who tried to fraud me. I even told them what they did but they didn't seem to show any attention once they found out that i had purchased the new car form other dealership. Please stay away from this dealership. Number7/Castle Maple Honda all fall under the same parent holder. My car buying experience was terrible. I was cheated by the sales people. They are crooks, they will slip in terms and get you to sign the documents. The initial sheet that you make the deal on - that is not kept on file. Buyers beaware go to Number 7 or any other dealer but stay away from this dealership they will prey on your vulnerability !!!! be warned. A customer is supposed to feel happy after there purchase of a new car not me. This is my 3rd Honda! Never again because of these guys. The service advisers are OK in my opinion. read more
