Absolutely terrible, would not recommend. Without discussing specifics (as there are many) they have the worst customer service I have ever come across, they are so rude and insulting, they will unfairly attempt to keep as much of their deposit as possible, they try to blame damage caused by previous tenants on new tenants (they will not write down faults then say they were not reported), they lie and they are happy to let tenants live with faults and maintenance issues that are a health and safety risk. Unhelpful, rude and thieves. Do not trust, I will be recommending that other people that I know, who rent through castle homes, write an honest review too, to prevent poor potential tenants from renting through this terrible company. read more

This has to be the single worst rental agency i have ever used in my entire life. They will advertise a low one cost fee for starting a tenancy but not mention the hidden fees later on. They tried to keep our deposit for damamge that was already done when we moved in and said that because of a scuff mark on the wall we would have to repaint the entire thing - terrible service and just horrible people. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!! You get what you pay for - pay for one of the higher priced agencies and the service is much better and they dont try to rip you off. read more
