Absolutely terrible, would not recommend. Without discussing specifics (as there are many) they have the worst customer service I have ever come across, they are so rude and insulting, they will unfairly attempt to keep as much of their deposit as possible, they try to blame damage caused by previous tenants on new tenants (they will not write down faults then say they were not reported), they lie and they are happy to let tenants live with faults and maintenance issues that are a health and safety risk. Unhelpful, rude and thieves. Do not trust, I will be recommending that other people that I know, who rent through castle homes, write an honest review too, to prevent poor potential tenants from renting through this terrible company. read more
