The girls are all fantastic and give their all into looking after the children in their care. My daughter starts school this year and will miss al the friends she has made but our youngest daughter who is 9 months old is starting in January and i am confident that the care she will be given will be excellent.

The staff make time at the end of each day to talk to myself regarding my children, and they are very friendly and well mannered, I would ( and have) reccomend this nursery to my friends .

Our baby went to this day nursery between July and November 2010. The staff were very friendly and…read morethe book is really useful - it's like a detailed diary for your baby so you know how much they've eaten and how much sleep they've had during the day etc. After a while we started noticing that there were only 2 people per room and sometimes one of those was a junior/trainee, especially after 5.30pm. Some days they had maybe 8 babies! They also frequently did not change her nappy after 3pm - 3.30pm, and I was collecting her at 6pm. One time she had clearly soiled her nappy and was still sitting in it. She was the last one to be collected so surely one of them could have changed her, they didn't have anyone else to watch. Our daughter now goes to Castle Day Nursery in Rhuddlan!
