She's sweet, informative and has a calm and silly disposition that you can tell the kids pick up on, and vibe with, her energy big time. You know somethings being done right when you ask your kid who their best friend at school is and his response is 'Ms. Tammy'. They either became full-time staff in higher education, moved out of the area, or just retired. Shifting teachers around until new staff is hired is a normal process. Each person who has taken on the responsibility of taking care of my child has been wonderful. With my first daughter, I too was concerned about teacher changes, but I realized that unless your taking your kiddo to private daycare you will encounter these changes. Turnover - Yes, they have had turnover, but every daycare does. We're a military family and my kids have attended a fair share of daycares. The staff they've hired are caring and loving. Facility. Always clean, kid friendly, and learning-centric. Coming from the Duval school district, Mill Creek was an incredibly pleasant change. The teachers were always in communication with the students and there seems to always be some kind of inspiring event for the kids to participate in both during and after school hours. But don't just rely on this review. I believe Mill Creek received an 'A' rating again this year. If you are moving to this area and have elementary aged children, consider trying to find a home within this schools district. 5 stars for this great little school!

We have a one year old and five year old. No turnover! Our last daycare had 11 teachers in a one year span for our one year old. We get updates all day of our kiddos that is inclusive of potty times, what they ate, pictures and videos of activities, and messages as needed. As you would imagine losing a young daughter was very difficult and Jeff and Anna were so warm, understanding and welcoming.
