However, these were consistent in noting that treatment and care from their doctors was good to great. That is what I am focused on only in this review. Second, let's do the review!! From the interior, you can see that this clinic has been in operation for a number of years. It's not modernized, but has plenty of seating space and those seats do get used! Fortunately, I didn't have a long wait and had one of the best attendants in my medical history named Maria today! She was very skilled, friendly, and possesses a full dose of added humor in her approach to patient care! I'm generally comfortable in being a patient as I've worked in a number of hospitals but Maria was special! Now, for my doctor. He displayed excellent knowledge in his specialty for sure. Yet he did have a dose of the doctor knows best approach that can make them appear to disregard what a patient is trying to say in regard to his or her care. But he was a decent listener and we worked up a good plan in the course of our discussions that should be of great benefit when complete. This is a clean office and kept clean, including the restroom. The staff seemed to be engaged and provide good care to patients and their concerns. I imagine it can get difficult for them at times but I didn't notice any problems when I was there. I cannot speak for billing issues but I was comfortable and pleased with my care today. But after my experience today I can completely understand why. The doctor was lovely - but the office management is a joke. I needed to do bloodwork ASAP to rule out a heart attack and the doctor wrote the script- however the management never sent it to the lab. I called multiple times and they were exceptionally rude to me on the phone. They said I'd have the script by the end of the day but nothing was sent. They are immune to the fact that they're dealing with people's LIVES and things need to be done ON TIME. I have no script and at this point that blood test will be irrelevant as too much time will have passed. They treat their patients like a number and not like a person. I strongly recommend going somewhere else.

So you can basically go to the same place to get all your testing done. But if the doctor orders like 10 tests you're gonna end up coming in 10 different times because none of those people work on the same day. Everybody in the office is very nice and they all appear to be solidly bilingual. Once or twice I've had to wait for about 30 minutes but other than that it's usually less than 15 minutes. If you ask them to they will text you to remind you about your appointment. The staff is very kind the girl who does the echocardiogram is particularly wonderful.
