But after my experience today I can completely understand why. The doctor was lovely - but the office management is a joke. I needed to do bloodwork ASAP to rule out a heart attack and the doctor wrote the script- however the management never sent it to the lab. I called multiple times and they were exceptionally rude to me on the phone. They said I'd have the script by the end of the day but nothing was sent. They are immune to the fact that they're dealing with people's LIVES and things need to be done ON TIME. I have no script and at this point that blood test will be irrelevant as too much time will have passed. They treat their patients like a number and not like a person. I strongly recommend going somewhere else.

So far so good, I have been here several times and the doctor whom I saw only once was very nice…read more They have this interesting thing where instead of you having to go get random tests all over town, they have all the equipment in their facility and they have the people who do the testing come in once a week. So you can basically go to the same place to get all your testing done. But if the doctor orders like 10 tests you're gonna end up coming in 10 different times because none of those people work on the same day. Everybody in the office is very nice and they all appear to be solidly bilingual. Once or twice I've had to wait for about 30 minutes but other than that it's usually less than 15 minutes. If you ask them to they will text you to remind you about your appointment. The staff is very kind the girl who does the echocardiogram is particularly wonderful.
