I then later changed my mind and decided to have them clean Monday and was still charged the same price with the discount so I thought that was weird. After they arrived and I left, it took them about 5 hours to clean a 1700 SQ ft 3 bedroom 2.5 bath townhome due to a cleaner feeling sick and it was just 1 person cleaning. I come back after they finished and paid, and see that the floors were not mopped and counter was not wiped. Although everything was cleaned in the rooms and bathroom, the kitchen floors and counter were left as is. I'm super disappointed since I was moving out. They offered to come back the next day but I have already turned in my keys by then. After telling them that and asking what else can be done to fix this, they stop replying to me.
