You simply look for the ripe ones, clip off the vine with the supplied scissors and add to your basket. Berries are sold by the pound, less expensive if u-pick. There's also the typical farm store with Central New York jellies, mustards, sauces and other things that you really don't need, but look and taste good, and they have many opportunities to sample.
