I do understand rates will go up, but now I see what I could have been saving these past few years. The vet techs were very compassionate and that is the positive part of my visits, overall I think there was alot of employee turnover and there are definitely some communication gaps that could be improved. The hours are not condusive to those of us that work during the day and I have found my new vet very accomodating which includes coming in on a Sunday to put our beloved Jade down for us. :(

But after calling for a nail trim (last time done by a groomer there), we were charged $39.80! This is a small town in WI with a not very wealthy population. I called another vet and was told they'd charge $15. I'm done with this place. I just had our pets records switched to our new vet. If you want to overpay, give them a try. But personally--I'd rather pay a fair fee and donate the rest to a rescue or the humane society!

She suggested I hire a private groomer for his next haircut; however, psp is a private company (public being run by the government) that offers grooming services. I would be worth while for management to investigate the number of complaints that come from this groom and consider if the way she treats the animals that incites stress in the dogs. I will not be conducting any future business with this location.

I took her in, the people behind the desk noticed she was really bad and took her in back before everyone else, they ran a couple of tests and then brought me and my daughter to another room and explained everything to us and let us cry and ask a ton of questions. they were so patient with us and our lovely dog that was clearly suffering and we ended up having to put her to sleep and they took care of everything and gave us as much time as we needed, did not rush us one bit. They helped me with an urin and everything- I can't say enough positive things about this animal hospital. Send up cards and everything.
