The food is great but the manager is heavy-handed. Some kids at Crainco wanted a picture of a server that recently broke up with her boyfriend. I asked her if it was alright if I took her picture and she said no, so I didn't take it. The manager and security came barreling down, and I explained the situation to them. They demanded to get my ID. I obliged and told them they could look at my phone if they wished. They banned me from the casino for 3 months. I called the police and they notified the district attorney. Nobody can demand to see your ID if they are not affiliated with law enforcement. I will not be going back there. read more

Geez for a Oklahoma casino I'd have to say this place is extra extra clean! Have you ever been to a casino where it did not reek of really bad smoke? I have when I went to this Casino! I don't know if it's because I went on a evening that not so many people were there,? But it sure was nice not having to smell like an ashtray going home :) This casino is smaller but it's quiet and the workers are sooo nice and keep everything tidy! When you sit you can see the employees walking around straightening up chairs non stop :) there is a small bar inside I didn't see any poker tables when I went, they have a restaurant, also a little pizza spot. So the bartender fixed me a drink that was all syrup and no liquor. I took a drink of it and it was nasty as hell!!!! I took it back and told them it was nasty and I wanted another drink. I'll start by saying the players club staff were very nice and professional. The ATM fee was also the lowest I've ever seen at a casino! That's the only positive things I can say about Casino Oklahoma! The bartender was nonexistent and rude when she appeared! Our first encounter she couldn't find some guys order in the computer so she just made us wait for about 10 minutes while she shuffled through the same pile of receipts. The fresh air casino! Clean air makes it easy to breath inside after being outside on a humid day. The restaurant was actually pretty good - we were pleasantly surprised with our simple yet delicious entrees. The waitress was nice, in fact all the employees seemed to appreciate that we were there. I went to the casino for a meal because others had recommended the grill. I will just say that I will not make the drive again, for the grill. Our order was wrong in more ways than one and the wings appetizer came with celery that was brown and old. I ordered a drink but never received it... It didn't up on my ticket so I let that go.
