Amazing selection of organic and natural foods and a convenient layout. Great location in booming West Fargo.

I am probably not the healthiest guy in the world... Do my best to stay in shape, stay active with…read morethe kids, get my steps in. My doctor says I drink too much coffee, and probably eat too much meat. Always trying to convince me I should eat more grains, even though that's decidedly not keto. Still, I can always find something to buy at A Health Foods store, or get down with a big vegan muffin... That such purchases generally coincide with being in the company of my better half to some health nut store... I mean health food store... probably the only reason that I stepped foot into this establishment on our summer road trip. So what if we had just stopped in the parking lot at a fast food place to load up on crap food for the kids? He say that like it's a bad thing! My wife, who doesn't care much for fast-food grade ground beef, Convinced me to duck into this supermarket with her to look around. Maybe I'm just a SoCal supermarket snob, but I was actually impressed with the store. Well-stocked and well appointed with all the usual stuff you would find in a place like this. Monk fruit sweetener? Get out of here! Pea milk and oat milk and hemp milk and antimatter milk? We'll they had most of those. My better half grabbed a few things, and we were on our way. Plenty of fresh produce, prepackaged items, and what looked like a pretty nice selection of health supplements. The usual natural items like shampoo and lotion that I imagine wasn't tested on animals. Which is cool. Carnivore Luddites like me can still enjoy a quinoa salad, a tofurkey sandwich on sprouted bread, or dipping organic pita chips into Not-cho cheese. Air popped things and ovolacto-vegetarian omelets from free range chickens. All good to me. If the previous paragraph describes a goodly portion of your lifestyle, you should give the store a look.

Store has a large variety of stocked organic items and a small variety of non-organic items. Whether it be for beauty, health, or for food they have it all. This place was not that busy on a weekday afternoon. There were lines formed at checkout, but we were able to get through at a reasonable time.

So...this is not the Walmart to go to if you want to stroll leisurely. This is the Walmart to go to…read moreif you want to run in and grab something fast and run out. This is not a very clean Walmart. If you're catching Covid somewhere in Fargo, it'll likely be here. I say that because mask enforcement is sporadic here and staff rarely have the mask over there face properly (i.e. covering nose and mouth). Additionally, it is a heavily trafficked Walmart (it's in the middle of the Fargo area). The shelves need to be rezoned better. Management needs to really get on top of some of the workers -- clearly things are not being organized, fixed up, or cleaned. It's sad to see this place go down. However, with all that said, it still is a Walmart and has the necessities you need. P.S. Social distancing is definitely not happening here. The lines can get bad, space can't happen, so people start bunching up.

First the electric wheelchairs at both locations die within 5 minutes of driving them. I went back to the front to get another one and the guy at the door was so nasty and unhelpful. Did our shopping and when I got home we were overcharged. Took the receipt back and customer service treated me like I was lying. She left the counter because she didn't know what to do. When she came back she questioned me again like I was not being truthful. I told her to look at the receipt, look at the camera I have no reason to lie. My brother bought some eggs, same trip. We looked at them at home and they were dirty, 2 were broken, and they had gray veins. Disgusting. Never have I ever seen this before. Because of all the recalls, we tossed them. A few days later we opened the milk which was supposed to be good for another 3 days. It smelled horrible and that also went in the trash. Emailed Corporate and they did nothing...NOTHING.

Let me start off- this store is called *ALDI*- not ALDI's-- there's no 's' to be found anywhere in…read morethe name, it's just ALDI, alright?? (not to be aggressive, but my mom always puts an 's' on things when they AREN'T there, why is that such a mom thing?? lolll) The more I visit ALDI's, the more I like them. They're not a snobby, high end grocery stores by any means, and I love that. They sell a lot of the same things you can find at Target, Walmart or other, except for way better prices. I mean, this also means they are kind of random brands that no ones ever heard of, but they do the same thing for a lower price so I can't see why that would ever be a problem. Yes, ALDI doesn't have ALDI-eeze things (they don't have necessarily everything you might need in a store run, sorry I had to take that pun opportunity), of course, but this location in South Fargo has the most of a lot that I've seen. One of my favorite things to get here, randomly enough, is their protein powder. They have two simple flavors- vanilla and chocolate, but they're fantastically priced and taste really good post workouts, so if you're an active person I'd give them a try. Also, if you want to use a shopping cart when you go to ALDI, make sure you have a quarter on hand. I'll let you figure that out for yourself. Also, they don't provide bags of any kind for your items, so make sure you bring your own or buy one at checkout. Let's go ALDI way now- to ALDI! (slight cringe)
