I have towing insurance and would expect them to help me. They did not. I waited with my car for 4 hours and then told them I would leave the keys in the car and got a ride home. They called me at 11:47pm and told me they had a towing company and it would be be at my car today between 7 and 9 am. I waited. Also I got a text to confirm that. 10:15 I called them back and they said sorry we don't have anybody, your better off calling a towing company on your own. I called area Dupage towing and they could not be nicer first on the phone and the girl said I will get somebody out there as soon as we can we of course are backed up.but it will be today. I paid her over the again out of my own pocket when I have insurance that should have taken care of me. At 12:33pm i got a call that my flat was fixed and I could pick up my car. I am ever so grateful for this towing company. I will fight this case with Progressive ins. They should hire more towing companies then spending so much money on commercials. I stopped by Scott's Service Place because of a low tire pressure. I already had a spare on and…read moredropped off the tire with a piece of metal in it to be checked and reinstalled later. A couple of hours later, I received a phone call from Scott letting me know that the piece of metal hadn't actually punctured the tire, and they couldn't find any spot where it was leaking air. Scott suggested keeping the tire overnight to double-check, and I agreed. The next morning, he let me know that the tire had held air perfectly and was safe to reinstall. We still don't know what caused the sudden pressure drop, but I've been driving on the tire for a couple of weeks now without any issues. What really stood out was the level of customer service. Scott and his team kept me updated every step of the way, made sure the tire was truly safe before putting it back on, and even followed up a few days later to check how everything was going.
