Nobody answers the phone when a customer tries to call there a left on hold. And if you're lucky somebody doesn't answer and they make you go through their voicemail options that's not a bank that's a credit union and they don't care about you they want your money.

Their customer service is HORRIBLE. 1/10 times will not answer the phone. Their app is slow and does NOT update correctly. you can go negative .01$ and get charged 30$!!!! It happens every damn time. I do not hardly use my debit card and for this exact reason. Horrible and frustrating experience w this bank
