Called back two days after due date and was told it was too late and they could possibly arrange something for this coming wk and they haven't gone to the "bank" yet. Called and spoke to manager about making a payment several times and he kept saying he would call me back. Work all the time so I just needed to know when I could come in and make a payment. Or what could be done! No one ever calls back or responds. The day before thanksgiving (today) they pull the money off my card and leave me broke. No Black Friday shopping now or dinner for that matter. I am livid the response I was given was "the manager I was speaking with,Chris, his son was hit by a truck so she said he left and didn't get to take care of anything or do paperwork regarding my loan." I have no problem rapaying the money I loaned. But a little communication and a call about it would have been nice. Now I have no time to prepare for anything. This place sucks!!! Run run run!!!!
