This place is INSANE. I applied online for a loan last week for people with bad credit and a woman…read morefrom here called me last Friday. After finding out I couldn't do a title loan because I just moved here last month and my car is still titled in Arizona, I asked the very polite young woman to remove me from their calling list and she said she would and we hung up. Starting Monday morning, I began receiving call after call with their number and name on the caller ID again but when I'd try to answer, I would just get hung up on. This continued all day Tuesday then started right up as soon as they opened again!! Finally, yesterday (Wednesday) I answered and said "Hello?" When the woman speaking tried to go right into her sales pitch, I interrupted her and said "Please stop calling me!! I can't get a loan with you!" And she ACTUALLY SCREAMED AT ME "THEN ANSWER YOUR PHONE, YOU DUMB B*TCH AND JUST SAY THAT!." I stared at the phone in shock then said angrily in a low voice "I did. I spoke to someone last week and was told I'd be removed from the calling list." And she shouted something unintelligible at me and hung up. If this is how you run your business and this is the quality/caliber of people you have working for you, then I am GLAD my title didn't work because if this is how you speak to your customers who are obviously already having financial issues and having to suck up their pride to take a high interest loan for an emergency situation, I hope you go out of business very soon. And to the woman who talked to me like that yesterday, I simply hope you have the day you deserve for the rest of your rude, angry and NOT suited for customer service life. Do everyone a favor and quit your job because you're a terrible person and are just making everyone around you miserable because you hate your job/life so much or WHATEVER your personal issues may be right now and that is BAD customer service. I will never do business with this company and will indeed tell everyone how I was treated and not to come here unless you want to feel worse than you already do about your situation.

unacceptable customer service from sheila (store manager)…read more do not go to this location!!!!!!! i experienced unacceptable, unprofessional, confrontational customer service from sheila (store manager) @ copperas cove location. upon entering the store @ 6:59pm (door was unlocked) sheila yelled out "we're closed" sheila failed to represent the company with her ridiculous and unprofessional attitude towards a customer. i had to remind sheila to say hello (greet the customer). she responded with an attitude (hello, how can i help you? ) failed again!!!! sheila failed to redeem her professional rapport. i informed sheila to do better and request to find the next opportunity to support the customer. (reschedule for the next available day) in addition, i informed sheila to consider business hours to "win my business". sheila responded with the same rude, unprofessional, disrespectful and unacceptable attitude, "we open at 10:00!" failed again. 3 times sheila failed. sheila conducted herself less like a store manager and more like a person who lacks professionalism and the ability to self- regulate her attitude while at work as well as demonstrate proper leadership in front of a new hire. unacceptable business practices! i would not recommend this location nor will i stand for the unwarranted confrontation to conduct business. title max1535 e. highway 190copperas cove, tx 76552title max corporate office and other sources have been notified of this unacceptable business management. i have received better customer service from dianna! however, sheila's hostile, confrontational and unprofessional attitude ensured that title max lost my recommendation for future business opportunities!

Just don't! If you value your money and like to spend it how you see fit DO NOT BANK HERE!! This…read moreplace is shady and I think a requirement to work there is a bad attitude. Due to a sudden and unexpected death in the family we moved my father here. He is elderly and not in good health. He is old fashioned and like to be able to go to his bank and he pays things in cash or money orders. We picked this bank because it's fairly close to home. My husband and I bank with another bank who does not have a local branch. My father deposited a very large check. It took this bank 2+ weeks to deposit into his account. After wait for it to post he went to make a withdrawal over $2,000. They said he has to put in a request for his funds and IF it gets approved he will be called to come and pick it up. It finally came in he picked it up and request another amount. They again said two weeks. He never got a call went it and they said he never requested it which is not true. He did another request. It's been over 2 weeks and nothing. We went in and she said it has not been approved yet. I asked her what she meant by approved because he requests his money he should get it. She told me no sometimes they don't approve the withdrawals. I asked what the reasoning would be to deny someone their own funds and she said "well you could be robbed in the parking lot or some other thing" WHAT?!?! my father is now on hospice and wants the funds to pre arrange his final expenses but he may not be able to because he can't get his money. I called the main office of this bank and they told me any withdrawal over $2,000 needs special approval. I asked her if I were to deposit my paycheck that is over 2 grand and then the next day I decided I needed it would I have to put in a request to use it and she said my I needed $2,001 then yes a special request would need to be applied for and approved. My father's way beyond the years if having to ask his mommy if he can spend his own money. We went back the next day because it's been over 2 weeks and still nothing. The rude clerk said to us.you know you will get a call if it's approved. You don't been to come here and check until you get the call. Also every time my dad requests money they ask him what he wants it for. None of their GD business why an 82 year old man needs his own money and that is what my father tells them. My life goal is to let everyone know how this bank operates

Worst banking service ever. This location used to be Hoodview FCU then Texas Partners FCU before…read morebeing sold to PenFed. My husband and I had been members for over 40 years. But in the last three months there have a series of errors made by PenFed's employees and/or their vendors that caused $2300.++ stolen from my Mom's account and about $1800. stolen from my brother's account. My brother's dementia contributed because he was not checking and emptying the mailbox, but PenFed ordered checks for the wrong account (I was told later that we should have been shown the screen to verify), and debit cards that were supposed to go to the CU for pickup were mailed to the home address instead. If I had not been monitoring both accounts my brother would not have been aware of his loss, neither would my mother. Then Saturday I got a fraud alert on my account, debit cards were cancelled and I was told to contact the branch to get replacements ordered. Well I had to physically go into the branch. I was not able to get to a real person on the customer service line, I was sent around in circles before finally being disconnected. I could not find a phone number for the branch anywhere on line. No where. Address, hours, but NO PHONE NUMBER. I will not recommend this CU to anyone and I am really concerned for the elderly customers still banking there.
