Nice Lobby with seating area and walk-up window/counter with chairs. Friendly young lady greeted us and she handled the whole transaction from start to finish. We cleared out a jewelry box and had a hodgepodge of gold items (rings, necklaces, mismatch earrings etc.) She quickly determined what was gold with a magnet (did not know that was the process) she then did a couple things to further determine which items were 100% gold. She weighed the final stuff that made the cut, and made a reasonable offer. We walked out with a check. Easy process with no issues. We never did this before so not sure what to expect, overall very easy, no stress and seemed like a fair transaction.

He began shouting for several minutes. It's crazy that I wanted to give them more business and his response was to become angry. Also, when I first came in, somebody quoted me "under $100" for two displaced pips. When I came back later, a different man told me it would be $150. This is obviously an egregious price for gluing two pips. The bigger issue is that they do not honor their quotes.
