In my multiple visits, I have always had an A+ customer experience. Their margins are fair and oftentimes leagues better than their competitors. If you're not familiar with the market, and you walk in with a little bit of humility, they will educate you appropriately and honestly. They never hide anything and are open about everything. They kept their doors open when silver hit all-time highs and started buying sterling silver as soon as they were able to, which you cannot say about some of the shops around the Bay. They have a great selection of silver and gold, including bullion and numismatic items. Prices are often marked on holders, so you know they are treating everyone fairly. When selling, they never pressure you to make a deal. In all my times visiting, I have always walked out pleased and with a little bit more knowledge on precious metals.

THAT was a huge trust-earning moment for me, she could have easily pocketed them as copper/brass, but was very honest. she checked in with me throughout the process, but i was content browsing and chatting with the other employees/customers, everyone was truly so nice. when sabrine told me my offer, i was so, so, so happy i almost cried- it was amazing and SO fair. sabrine was SO thorough, yet efficient with the help of other team members. she sorted through hundreds of pieces of jewelry in about an hour, and i walked out with more cash than i anticipated. THANK YOU SABRINE & granters!!!!!!

A yelp search resulted in this business. Over 20 years ago, when my boss retired from the labor force, he gave me a 14K gold bracelet, thanking me for being his secretary. Well, the link came off and I was trying to connect it to the bracelet, only to have it fall out of my hands onto the carpet. (Good luck in trying to find that link.) No worry. The Gold Spot Jewelers to the rescue. I stopped in this afternoon to take care of business (bizness). The elderly gentleman was indeed a tremendous help. He was skillful and a professional in jewelry repair. OG got it going on - mad skills and all. The "brutha" is awesome in my book. (Right on, my man) According to him, he has been at this location for about 15 years. Need jewelry repair? Drop on by The Gold Spot Jewelers. The owner will take care of ya with a smile.

I've done business with them a couple of times and not only based on my own encounters with them I have watched them rip even a homeless man off. My dad passed back in 2018 and left us with a huge collection. Ron went out of his way to meet us with staff on a Saturday afternoon. He went through every book and box of stamps my dad left us. He was honest and to the point about value and not over stating anything. He was very kind to my 85 year old mom who just passed also. He was patient and said give him 6 months to a year to sell off everything. He always sent updates to us along the way and sure enough before a year was over he sold the entire collection. He got us a very fair price and a detailed report of everything he sold. It was a lot of work on his part and deserves everything he get's for the work he puts in. Ron is a rare person today who loves what he does and has the knowledge and experience to deliver.
