My wife and I went into the branch on South Campbell in Springfield yesterday, 12-27-25 about 10…read moream. No drive up tellers were open so we went inside. There we were greeted by a lady with 2 other men standing behind her and there were approximately 4 people in line to use the ATM. When asked how they could help, we told her we needed to cash a check. Her reply was we have no tellers just the ATM. We immediately turned around and left. We have been with US Bank since the early 80's and have not have any problems until we moved here. We were in Denver for 40 years and never had a problem. This branch is closed or services are not available more times than not. I don't think this is normal or is this a branch manager decision? If there are no tellers available, why are there 3 people greeting you? Makes no sense. Covid is over. One of your employees made a statement that only a small percent of people use the actual bank. If it wasn't such hassle to take my business elsewhere, it would be done in a heartbeat. Get this corrected so we can have the services available on a consistent basis.

I have been leary of these types of companies because we have purchased 2 other timeshares on the resale market which were handled by 2 different escrow/transfer companies and the service we received from each was less than adequate. We were constantly making phone calls to check status of our transfer, often times having to leave messages only having to call back once again after a few days when the call was never returned. We were lied to on numerous occasions and closing and transfer of the deed in one case took upwards of 6 months and 1 year on the second timeshare we purchased. This is why I have felt so strongly about writing my review for GreatWay Services. They were always on top of everything. They were pleasant to talk with, courteous, accurate, thorough, and prompt. Our questions were answered promptly and efficiently and the deed for our timeshare was transferred to our name inside of 3 months. We were so impressed by them that we are now requesting they take care of all transactions as we sell one of our previously purchased timeshares.
