The crust was pale, doughy, and still raw in the middle. You can literally see in the photos that the cheese and toppings are sitting on what looks like barely warmed dough instead of an actual baked pizza. Biting into it felt like chewing on raw flour paste with pepperoni on top. Then somehow the Cinnabons were even worse. Completely drowned in icing to the point it looked like someone poured soup over them to hide the fact they weren't properly cooked either. The centers were gummy and underdone instead of soft and fluffy. I'm not somebody who leaves dramatic reviews over small mistakes, but serving food this undercooked is unacceptable. This wasn't "slightly off." This was food that should have never been boxed up for a customer in the first place. Quality control clearly left the building before my order did. For the prices restaurants charge now, the bare minimum expectation is that the food is actually cooked.
