We usually ask for "ToGo" cups so I can have a beverage after eating. Today we were told next week they will begin charging $.79 for each cup. After spending more than $25 for our meals, they want us to pay for a ToGo cup???? They have funds to build a "FunCenter" onto the restaurant but this is the way they treat longstanding loyal guests. Recently we waited 30 minutes for more chicken (I counted 10 pieces, none that I wanted, that had been laying in the tray for sometime) using some excuse that it was nearing lunch time end. Their service has really gone down hill. I guess they didn't want to provide choice for those of us who were there!
