I found Casey's Cleaning did a great job. No doubt, a personal service like Cleaning someone's home can be difficult and people will complain, quickly. But this company tries real hard. They have reasonable prices that cover a lot with rotating extras to keep house c lean and price the same. Don't expect them to make 5 years of neglecting your home look new on first visit but if you have them every 2 weeks at least, they'll have you caught up by 3 visit unless your a pig and waist their time on stupid shit. You would have to be desperate to ever consider this company. They are absolutely the worst cleaning service I have ever encountered from top to bottom. The list of what they don't do is longer than what they do and because you never get the same crew twice the work is never what you requested. You will not receive a specific time for service and you will never receive a call to tell you when they are coming. The crews are nice enough, but will miss what you would consider standard services and, as previously mentioned, you don't get an opportunity to train to your specific needs because you never get the same crew. We have actually had to reclean after they've cleaned and we always cleaned and arranged before they came because we knew there was much they wouldn't do. Regardless, we tipped every crew $10 per person every visit because we are hard working people too. Moreover, the administration is a nightmare. "Cindy" the dispatcher or manager or whatever title you chose because you never receive a definitive description, is as unsupportive as you could possibly imagine and if you call her to discuss services she has a meltdown and berates you to the crews and describes you as "not a fit" for them. She arbitrarily decided that we weren't receiving service any longer without discussion and without calling us. We didn't know until the day of, a holiday which would have ordinarily allowed us to sleep in, that they weren't coming leaving us without service for weeks. We are easy going and nice people and continued to try to come to an understanding up until the final insult. read more

I don't even know where to start. I had an appointment for them to clean one bathroom for $20 (specifically one shower stall). The agreement was that they would only clean my bathroom once they are in my area because the price is so low. They were 3 hours late and I only found out when they were coming because I called them concerned. No one bothered to call and notify me. Then after cleaning my bathroom I noticed that my shower stall was not even touched so I told them it was a mess and the solution was bleach and ajax which i then provided them with. This one cleaning woman bursted back into the room and said, "We're leaving! Cindy said to leave because this is not worth $20 and you have to find another company that will clean your bathroom for $20". I was baffled. All I needed was my shower stall cleaned. They had me waiting for 3 hours and suddenly they were leaving without finishing the job. I called and spoke to Cindy explaining the situation and she was totally unconcerned telling me she doesn't know what I want from her, I am repeating myself and she has other calls she's missing. I reiterated the agreement and that my concern is my shower stall not my whole bathroom. The same woman who bursted into the room wouldn't wait until I finished speaking to Cindy on the phone and was talking over me explaining that they didn't have the right cleaning products. Then she tried to collect the money and leave while I was still on the phone with Cindy I told the woman hold on one minute. The woman then yelled at me in my face in my own home telling me she had to go do something with her son. I gave her the money and they all ran out while I was still on the phone. I was nothing but nice to these people and let them in my home. I was very surprised and insulted and felt a little threatened. I called back Cindy and let her know that I was not pleased with the attitude of that woman and that she yelled at me in my own home. I told her I was concerned with their customer service and regardless or not if i have one bathroom stall done or my whole house (which I do from time to time and had plans on doing in the future) I did not expect to be treated like that. Again, Cindy sounded unconcerned with my situation and finally said after a long while she will speak to her. You make loyal customers because of courtesy and build a strong quantity of customers through recommendations and I will not recommend this company to anyone. I just had surgery and needed some housework done asap. I organized, rather last minute, for help in cleaning my house. Four very nice women showed up when expected. They asked if i had any certain cleaning products I wanted to be used and if i had any special requirements. They then went off and cleaned.... like little dust fiends. Sofas were being lifted, picture frames dusted, floors swept and mopped, rugs vacuumed, counters cleaned .... ::::head swirling:::: like the Tasmanian devil went through the place! From dusty to sparkling! They were amazing! Price was very good and they were meticulous! I couldn't have asked for better! We are very unhappy with the cleaning Most of the lights were left on, the back door was left open (unlocked), none of the kitchen appliances were clean (grease still in stove), bathroom windows were not wiped clean nor all the fans which we were told get done. The glass mirror in our walk in closet was not done... I can go on and on. We feel cheated it off the $100, no way was the cleaning worth that. I had to spend all weekend scrubbing my new house in order for our feet not to be black and for us to be able to shower.. Your crew came in stating that I would have to pay more in order to have my windows, fans and fridge done.. now I understand that but none of that was done..everything looked like it got wiped with a dirty rag.. my bathroom cabinets still has toothpaste stuck to them from previous owners and my kitchen cabinets had grime all over them..they broke my transition piece on my hall stairs!!! & there were milk bottle stains on the floor that your cleaning lady told me was paint... but as soon as she took a rag to it it came right up... but she only fixed the one spot.. and it was all over the room.. I have 4 small children and wanted to take the stress off of myself by hiring you guys, and all it did was add more work for myself. The only thing that I can say was cleaned was my refrigerator.. and 2 of the bottom drawers were broken by your crew!!! and unable to be put back in. I am really absolutely flabbergasted by the work done in my home and when I addressed it to the owner via text I received no response.. but no problem cashing my check! We asked for a broom sweep and appliance clean of an empty house before a sale, and they did exactly what we asked. Plus, the house smelled very good, all lingering dog odors gone. When furniture and home goods were delivered, and went to put things away, we were shocked at how dirty everything was. And the windows were done and left with smudges. Caseys Cleaning, LLC has a very different perception of a deep cleaning than I do. My husband recieved a quote of $85 for a standard whole house cleaning. Since we just moved in & were prepping for painting & putting all our stuff in the house we requested a deep cleaning. A crew of 5 workers came to the house not really prepared, didn't have necessities like paper towels. As per the website description a deep cleaning includes scrubbing floors but the floors were very superficially cleaned. Each room required re-cleaning & multiple water changes as water was black after every 3 feet. Dust & dirt remained on window sills and around cabinets which was important being we were prepping to paint. Cindy (the owner) did not resolve our dissatisfaction as she wanted to send the crew back after we already fixed the deficiencies ourselves. When my husband suggested she refund 1/2 the money paid her response was "they only cleaned half the house?" To which my husband stated no, whole house was done but not deep as described & paid for. After more than a full week of my husband following up with her she finally refunded $33. Are you kidding me? Our time disputing this is worth more than that. Liars and thieves . This company had been doing my condo turnover on Long Beach Island. Never thought I had to check on them until a new tenant came in and stated the condo was a disaster. When I called, she adamantly denied it and lied and stated she was personally there to oversee the cleaners . Blatant lie because my new tenants also stated they had been there early and nobody had come!!! Fast forward a year later, today, just asked another landlord to recommend a cleaning company. Although I give the actual cleaning the crew did 1 star, I give the company 2 stars due to the flexibility for the appointment for the quote and the crew was very nice. I was having people over so I wanted the house to be cleaned professionally. After looking at the finished product, I was not happy. I was quoted for 2 1/2 baths. The second full bathroom was not even touched and the floors in the 1/2 bath's floors were not done. I contacted the company and was told that they can come back over the day of the party to clean again. I contacted Casey's Discount Cleaning at 8:30 a.m. on a Saturday. I had just finished moving and needed assistance in getting my apartment up to "move-out" standard by mid-afternoon...that day. They penciled me in for 12:30 p.m. and showed up right on schedule. A crew of three arrived, and my options, including key areas to address were discussed. They did a great job and, in an hours time, the apartment was in move-out ready condition. They were professional and courteous, and thanks to their efforts, I received most of my deposit back! We have a summer rental on LBI and used Casey's Cleaning for several summers. Cleaning was average to poor depending upon which team you had. Our biggest issue is how the office staff dealt with tenant complaints. Although they were responsive (same day) they would be really annoyed and even rude on the phone. Awful. Gave one price over the phone, then drastically increased it (almost doubled) once they got here. Actually, they had already been here for an hour when "Casey" showed up and announced the new price. If they had told me the higher price when they first arrived, I would have just declined and asked them to leave. But since they had already been here for an hour already, it was too late. They had 5 people all working in the same room, literally bumping into each other, rather than spreading out to work more efficiently. One or two were hard workers, another 2 mediocre, and one was so lazy she was absolutely useless. I live in a nice neighborhood and I'm used to contractors charging more for the same work they'd do for less elsewhere, just because they assume I'm rich and I'll pay it and not complain. I have renters -different ones each week_ who continuously have complained about how dirty the house is when they got there. I tried talking to the owner a few times. Caseys Cleaning came to my home 40 minutes after their scheduled time, with a crew of four people. They had mentioned first visit would be extra for a deep cleaning. Upon arrival the one agent asked if this was first visit I had explained yes and told her the quote i was given, she stated that was just a ball park. I had an agent visit the home two weeks prior, who gave me quote. what was the point of that. I ran an errand and was gone for less than an hour and upon my arrival they were walking out the door. The rep stated that they would have to return for a second visit as there was dust above fridge and on cabinets. SOOO I pay them and had to run out to pick up child from school, when I returned I had a chance to look at what was done. NOTHING. My daughters room was never dusted, fan cleaned or under bed vacuumed. In living room there was still dust under and on side of couch. Both tables still had dust on and under the knickknacks. (apparently they don't move any items to clean under. ) A shelf in hall never touched. Bathroom floor not cleaned. Purposely left makeup that spilled that morning to see if it would be cleaned. NADA. No cabinets wiped down, fridge not cleaned under handles, vases still had dust, bathroom countertop only cleaned up to 2'' from wall. Sent pictures to Cindy who has done nothing to rectify this situation. Stove top not wiped off. Etc. My question is what did four people do for an hour other than mop floor as this is the only thing that appears to have been done, only know this cause floor was wet when I walked in the door. What a waste. So my day off the following day, what am I doing. CLEANING!!! read more

Look for another service! We had them a few times, they did an okay job while I was home. I say "okay" because although they washed the stove top grates, she put them back on wet and left the counter wet. I had to dry everything myself so as to not leave water marks. Once we were not in the house and used them for change over service, they were horrible. My security camera recorded them coming and going in...wait for it....13 min!!! There is NO WAY they could have cleaned a 5 bedroom house in 13 min. When we checked on it, we noticed they did not clean the upstairs shower doors or the downstairs tub (sand and hair was left in it from prior renters), floors sandy and counter has crumbs. I called to have them go back and they told me there was six of them that's why they could do it so fast. No apology! I asked them to go back - never saw them on the camera. We will not be using them again. They really need to improve their act and customer service. read more

I used this cleaning service for many months. My house was never fully clean. They were late the majority of the time. Different crew each month. Spent about an hour and fifteen minutes each cleaning which was never enough on a house this size. We were told they would bring their own supplies yet used ours. This is a very poorly managed service. The price was reasonable, but the service was poor to (as the star rating says) eek! methinks not. Besides never showing up on time, the cleaners left behind broken items and deep scratches in the hard wood floors. Good business sense would be to address the damaged items, not refusing to take blame and pretty much calling the owner a liar. Aside from the damage, the house was never left clean. I'm not talking Martha Stewart standards, just make sure not to leave behind dust balls....and, the list goes on. Sorry for the long post but you need to read to believe what we went through without having to send you the pictures. Unfortunately, I found this company on the web and contracted them to clean my home after I purchased it. Bear in mind there was nothing in the home and they only had to clean which is supposed to be what they do. Well, that's where it all started. They arrived an hour and a half early without calling and told us they were never informed by their boss that they had a later appointment. When they started cleaning with paper towels and magic sponges, I should have asked them to leave but being too trustful, allowed them to continue. Note they also did not have enough paper towels with them and told us we were to supply them. I note again that this is a cleaning company that I contracted. After phoning the boss, the "Lead" cleaner got angry because I went over her head and began talking (using profanity) about my wife and I to the other workers. This included taking pictures of herself with her cell phone to show she was cleaning. They left my home with cobwebs still in corners, particles still in cabinet drawers and dirty window sashes. This is after charging me extra for doing the windows and making me supply the paper towels. They did not have to clean the refrigerator as I was replacing it, they did not have to clean my enclosed porch as I was having it refurbished, they did not have to touch the washing machine as I was replacing it, they never touched my front glass door, there was no furniture to move as the home was empty and they never touched the garage of the home. And before Cindy responds and states that I never asked for a move-in cleaning as the cleaning team lead told me, I have both email and recorded phone conversations telling Cindy that I had just purchased and would like the home cleaned before I move in. I don't know how she could have misunderstood that. Wish I could let you all hear what was taking place as I have learned from the past to record bad businesses when phoning them. The boss just told me that I would still have to pay for their service and she would just keep sending these same people back into my home until it was done. I must agree with others who say Cindy was very unapologetic and rude. As I was now frustrated and my wife was in tears, I relented and told the cleaners to leave. On a last note, when I asked for a receipt, they told me they don't give them but would email me one. As I was giving them cash, I insisted on some sort of receipt and they wrote a cash received note on the back of one of their business cards. I did insure that they signed it though as after all I have been through to this point, I am unsure whether I will see an email or not.
