Unfortunately that means it only gets painted when the owner wants to pay to do it. It's not like it's run down or anything, so who cares anyway? As far as service goes the receptionist is very friendly. I've had no issues over the past couple months with billing. I've had multiple visits with two of they physicians for both chiropractic care and physical therapy. They work with eachother to get me well again. I was in an auto accident and they've helped me a lot. They set me up for an MRI even to find out more about the pinched nerve issues. I'm well on my way to a full recovery. Don't go there if you expect to pay with a Flexible Benefits Card. The receptionist didn't understand why my benefits card wouldn't go through, and tried it several times. The office manager then told me that she has been trying to get the doctor to change their business profile from "busness" to "medical business" to fix this issue for TWO YEARS, so I had to pay with cash and then work with the benefits company to get reimbursed. The receptionist told me that $65 was the price for the first appointment, and it was $45 after that. The paperwork said that if I paid right away, I would get a 20% discount on the price. NO, that is just the price, there is no discount. The chiropractor told me that I was injured, perhaps from sleeping wrong, and alluded to not being able to do me any good for my issue. He adjusted me here and there and told me that my pain should calm down within the next couple of hours, and not to lift anything during that time (in answer to asking him what I should do to make this better). I think he got something wrong because I was hurting more the rest of the day... I was unimpressed with the building, billing practice, and chiropractor. I do not recommend them.

He was patient, understanding, supportive, and thoughtful. What was most impressive to me was how he 'experimented' and tried different exercises, in a progressive and iterative manner, assessing the results each step of the way, to find the best possible specific treatments for my problem. It worked beautifully, and I couldn't be happier with the outcome. All the other staff there were likewise so incredibly supportive, genuinely caring, and friendly. I am so happy that I found Becca when I began having vertigo for the second time in my life. The…read morefirst time I went to so many doctors visits (one urgent care, two family medicine, two ENT, two neurologists) that did very little to help me understand why I had vertigo and how to treat it which left me with lingering dizziness for almost a year and eventually required medication. Becca heard my history and current issues and immediately identified my current problem as BPPV by using her fancy video eye recording goggles. Based on my eye movements she moved me through a procedure with the goal of moving the crystals back into the proper canal. I was rather dizzy and nauseous after the procedures. Becca was hopeful after my first visit that everything would be back to normal but I had some residual issues and she told me I should come back for more treatment. At our second visit she noted more eye movement with her fancy eye video goggles and we went through a different procedure to treat. I was less dizzy/nauseous after this time and Becca encouraged me that she thought this treatment should do the trick. I had some vertigo again at home and texted Becca feeling very concerned and she quickly replied and reassured me that the crystals were most likely still settling into place. At our final visit Becca tested me again with the fancy goggles and she saw no eye movements, hooray! I did have some lingering issues with my vision and complex visual fields triggering some dizziness and she gave me exercises to do to help reset my brain/vision. After a few weeks of the exercises I felt back to normal. I was slightly nervous about the self pay but comparing the cost to my husbands Pt visits to an in network PT I realized the prices were much lower at Nuero Base Camp. Becca provided me super bills which I submitted to my insurance for partial credit towards my deductible. They even rejected a few for very nit-picky reasons and Becca updated them for me for resubmission. I wish I had been referred to a Physical Therapist like Becca that specialized in dizziness by any of the many doctors I saw during my first bout of vertigo. It would have saved me a lot of time, money, and health anxiety. I would recommend Becca to anyone struggling to understand their dizziness or vertigo.
