We put money down on a litter to pick a female puppy that was born in January 2021. We had first pick of our female puppy out of the two females from the litter. We went to pick her up when she was ready to big enough to leave, the other female puppy had already been picked up. A couple of months later, we discovered by looking at pictures, they had given us the wrong puppy, the puppy we did not pick and did not want because she was too hyper. How does that happen when there are only two females in the litter. We did not say anything for a while, because we knew that we had to keep this puppy now, because the other one was gone. When I finally sent a letter to Cassandra, the owner letting her know how upset we were, I never heard a word, nothing acknowledging the mistake or an apology even. We just took our dog, who was now 4 in January to the vet, and she has to see a specialist because the vet thinks she has retinol neuropathy. When you pay a breeder that much for the dog, they should make sure you get the dog you picked and do sufficient testing to rule out potentially serious genetic defects. I will never buy another dog from Circle B and I certainly will never recommend them to anyone I know. Horrible!

When we came and met with the owner he seemed to know his dogs well and gave us a good pitch. A few months after receiving the dog we were told he had Nystagmus. Due to our ignorance of dogs we didn't see the signs when purchasing the dog simply because we didn't know what to look for. This is something the breeder should have known and in my opinion did know about. He sold us the dog anyway. The vet, specialist, and other people in the industry we have talked to have confirmed they would have saw the signs. He has been around dogs his entire life and I would expect the same. When I called to ask the breeder about it I was blown away to find out he didnt know which of his dogs even had our puppy. I realized that he was likely breeding litters from multiple dogs (which he has at the kennels) and selling people on that they came from one of the dogs there (who has a better bloodline). He was very rude on the phone, talked down to me, and did not take any consideration. Out of consideration for his business I waited a long time for him to follow up with me about the concerns. He did not follow up and didn't show us he cared about the situation at all. As a customer this is frustrating. We have a puppy that we are stuck with. We are now are stuck with the issues it has and the medical bills. I wanted to share our story so that someone else doesn't end up where we are today with our dog.

Arrived home 20 min prior to hear arrival... I had to use a little bit of feed ( handful) to get a pig into the barn.... As soon as she saw that she says " These pigs aren't getting trimmed.... She is growing very proportionately and has looked like a mini-German Shepherd since coming home(ears straight up). Jean has a strong sense of what to send her clients in matching dogs to people. We approached Jean Schrader with this information and she presented us with the puppy contract that is written in very grey verbiage that even a lawyer doesn't understand. In finding this Pet Door Guys sliding glass door option we thought it might be a good fit. We contacted them and got a sales person named Alby Allen, he instructed us how to measure to get a price quote. We thought about it and compared to our other options, ultimately we settled on this sliding glass door. There was a long wait, we had to follow up multiple times checking on our order. After the door arrived we contacted some glass installers to price the installation, at this point we learned the door is the wrong size. They reclaimed the door, and say to fix this we must buy another new door at almost full price. Now we're stuck, no door, and no refund. Seemed like a good product and fitting for us, but these people are scammers! Don't make the mistake we did. Don't buy this door!
